CONTEST PARTICIPATION PROCESS Recipients who, in the period from 14/05/2018 till 17/06/2018, bought in the Natuzzi stores products of the collection for an amount of at least 1.000,00 (VAT included) in a single purchase, can participate in the awarding of prizes. In order to participate the recipients must connect to the website and login in the section of the website dedicated to the competition (connection costs depend on the user s rate plan), and follow the instruction for the participation: a) take a digital picture (by smartphone, camera,.) with format.jpg, and/or.png, of the proof of purchase (sales receipt, invoice, purchase order) and upload in the section of the website; b) fill in the registration form, specially prepared which will allow to participate in the contest, with the following information: - name - surname - full residence/domicile address - telephone number - valid address - date of birth - date of purchase - time of purchase - amount of purchase c) select the Natuzzi store where the product was purchased, choosing it from a list and ticking the box; The participant must mandatorily declare to have read the terms and condition and the privacy policy of the competition and, optionally, give the consent for the processing of personal data for advertising purposes and for market and marketing analysis, and data processing for statistical purposes. For each purchase only one participant can be registered, and only for one time in the promotional period. The management software for the registration and the participation to the contest is located on a server site in Italy. The Society will create, by 30/06/2018, a database from which will be extracted the winner of the prize. The prize will be constituted by A stay in Borgo Egnazia for two person for a week (six night, seven days) (indicative value of 2500 Gbp) The prize will include: - Accommodation in double room, and breakfast

6 - Voucher of 650 Gbp to buy a flight (on line, name of the operator to be determined, and that will be communicated to the winner simultaneously to the communication of the win) The prize will not include: - Lunch and dinners - Hotel s extra - Personal expenses The stay can be used in a single solution, in a period chose by the winner between 15/09/2018 and 30/04/2019, with exclusion of festivities and long weekend. The say must be used by the winner and an accompanying person. Once the reservation is confirmed, it could not be modified. The prize draw will be in the presence of a Notary or a Representative of the Consumer Protection department of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Handicraft and Agricultural, or his delegate, using a software for a random draw. For the software the Society has already prepared the substitutive declaration of the deed of notoriety, issued by the Technical Responsible who realized the software for the draw, relative to: - The exact formation, with regard to the term of the participation to the contest, of the database from which will be draw the winner; - Technical specification of the software of random draw; - Adoption of appropriate measures, deemed necessary and sufficient, in order to avoid external intervention in the drawing process; - The security of the whole system, with reference to the need of protection of the public faith Will be drawn 10 back up winner, in case the original winner will result impossible to find, or not in compliance with the terms of the competition. The winner will be inform directly by and SMS to the address/number communicated in the registration stage. In order to collect the prize, the winner must reply with 5 days from the communication of the win (by ), sending the following information/documents: - Personal data, which must correspond to those gave in the registration stage; - Copy front/back of a valid identity document 7. JACKPOT The society will supply one prize Stay in Borgo Egnazia for two person for one week (six night /seven days), for a value of approximate GBP 2.500,00 For a TOTAL JACKPOT (INDICATIVE) of GBP 2.500,00 8. COMMUNICATION The Society will advertise the prize competition with promotional material in the store above enlisted, on the website and with any other means of advertising communication that it deems appropriate for the dissemination of the knowledge of the competition.

ONLUS [non profit organization] The final extraction prize, if not allocated, different from the one refused, will be given to the ONLUS AISM Associazione italiana Sclerosi Multipla Piazza Giovine Italia Roma fiscal code MISCELLANEOUS The prizes will be given/made available free of charge to the winners by 180 days from the date of maturation/drawing. The Society declare to renounce to the right to revoke the withholding tax on premiums, as per art. 30 D.P.R. n. 600 of 29/09/ PRIVACY Personal data of the participants are collected for the means of management of the competition. In any moment, and free of charges, the participants can exercise the rights given by art. 7 Italian Privacy Code, including the right to access, modify, delete the data, and to oppose the treatment for promotional purposes.
