20 Tyneside Chairman:Barrie Russell Secretary:Gill Dallow Footpaths andstephen Germain Incidents: Treasurer:Yvonne Hall Committee:Dorothy Anderson, Bob Copeland, Barbara Harrington, Arthur Harris, Angela Joyce, Gordon Lumsden, Michael Manwell, Malcolm McVey, David Morley, Ron Robinson, Don Scarratt, Ruth Sides, Andrew White, Myra Wiseman and Kenneth Wright. The Tyneside Group will be delighted to welcome new walkers at any or all of its four sub-groups. Every week, on days and Wednesdays, there are organised walks based on coach transport. It s best to book in advance to ensure a seat because it is not unknown for the coaches to be full. Payment is usually made a week in advance but, for those making a late booking, there are arrangements for payment on the coach. New walkers should contact the relevant Coach Organiser by telephone in the first instance. Details are shown in the following pages. Coach Organisers will happily give advise about administrative arrangements concerning advance bookings and cancellations. There is a choice of several walks on each outing. These usually start from different points en route but converge to meet the coaches for the return journey. Walks invariably end at a pub for refreshments and socialising. The return times given are from the departure point, not the arrival in Newcastle. For safety reasons, walkers must stay with the organised ramble that they have chosen. There is also a variety of Social Activities to join in. Non-members are welcome. Tyneside Group AGM Thursday, 26 th January at Brunswick Methodist Church Hall Meeting starts at 19:30. Registration from 19:00 All proposals and nominations for the Committee to be sent to the Secretary by the beginning of December 2016 February to July 20
