Having previously worked in Dubai, Dave has now been working at St George for 18 months. Dave comments, We are committed to providing our customers with an exceptional level of service and to make the experience of purchasing and living in a new St George West London home, a pleasurable one. TINA POLI & TONY PERERA CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS Tina and Tony are the main points of contact at Dickens Yard and will be on hand to assist customers throughout the handover of their apartment. During the 2 year warranty period they will always be available to answer any questions or queries our new Skyline residents may have. It is their job to ensure that our customers receive first class customer service. BEN DOBSON ESTATES MANAGER Ben is the Estates Manager at St George West London. He manages the handover of the estate to the managing agent and ensures that it is maintained to the high standards St George are known to offer and ensures that they are managed in accordance with legislation. St George continually strives to improve in all areas of Health and Safety. Ophelia supports the Customer Service Managers in delivering exceptional service. KIRSTEN MACLAURIN CUSTOMER SERVICE CO-ORDINATOR Kirsten supports the customer service team with respect to the administration of the department. Using the best external measures available to act as benchmarks, St George has seen a significant change in culture resulting in continuous reduction in accidents/incidents on our sites. In May 2014 the Dickens Yard development were delighted to record over 1 million man-hours worked without a reportable injury. Since the commencement of our Proud to be Safe programme in May 2013 we have achieved: A confidential survey taken by our workforce, to identify areas to improve on. Surveys were later reviewed at a Senior Leadership Workshop, attended by our Directors and Senior Managers. Introduced and run a number of one day Safety Leadership in Action workshops. Created a network of Safety Leadership Teams (SLT s) by teaching over 30 St George staff, to become trainers in order to deliver Leadership Key Skills workshops to all construction site tradesmen.

This new group exhibition explores the war and the role of football. The former council car park is currently being transformed into a mixed-use development offering 700 new homes and a variety of boutique shops and restaurants. As well as retail facilities and housing, Dickens Yard features beautiful landscaped gardens with three squares linking pathways to Victorian landmarks; the Grade II listed Town Hall, parish Church of Christ the Saviour and the Old Fire Station.
