In recent years we have delivered some of the largest regeneration projects in Europe, including the 600 million redevelopment of New Street Station and the 00 million expansion of Birmingham Airport. HS will boost the West Midlands economy by 4. billion each year and create more than 5,000 new jobs. Arena Central Arena Central is a 9. acre development site in Birmingham city centre, being delivered by Arena Central Developments Ltd (ACDL), a joint venture between Miller Developments and Vinci Asset Management. A circa 400 million development, Arena Central is masterplanned for up to. million sq ft of mixed-use space, comprising offices, hotel, residential, leisure and retail uses, with a unique public square made up of over 50 per cent soft landscaping forming the centrepiece of the development. Reserved matters planning permission has been secured for Arena Central which will provide 40,000 sq ft of office accommodation across eight floors, fronting Broad Street and opposite Centenary Square.
