Capacity: Up to 24 guests at 1 long table, or 30 guests at 3 round tables Can be combined with: Chelsea, to seat either up to 56 guests at 1 long table, or up to 60 guests at 6 round tables, or Fellini for receptions or seated events Fellini Private Dining Room The Fellini private dining room peers onto Rush Street, featuring floor to ceiling windows. Capacity: Up to 20 guests either at 1 long table or at 2 round tables Can be combined with: Reserve Bar, for larger receptions, or Factory, for receptions or seated events
3 Third Floor : Chicago 7 Chicago 7 features floor to ceiling windows on two sides. The entire space combines Davis, Dellinger and Hayden rooms, and features an independent pre-function space for larger receptions and dinner settings. Digital signage may be customized with consultation. For detailed set-ups and capacities, please refer to capacity chart. Davis The Davis room is located on the west side of the Chicago 7 Ballroom, overlooking Rush Street, featuring natural lighting from the west and north. The Davis room can be combined with Dellinger for meetings or receptions with meals. Capacity: Davis can accommodate up to 30 guests conference-style, or up to 60 guests at round tables Dellinger The Dellinger room is located at the heart of the Chicago 7 Ballroom, overlooking Bellevue Street. The Dellinger room features natural lighting from the north, and can be combined with the Davis room or the Hayden room. The Dellinger room opens directly on to the Third Floor Pre-function space. Capacity: Dellinger can accommodate up to 22 guests conference-style, or up to 50 guests at round tables Hayden The Hayden room is located on the eastern side of the Chicago 7 Ballroom, overlooking Bellevue Street. The Hayden room features natural lighting from the north, and can be combined with the Dellinger room. Capacity: Hayden can accommodate up to 30 guests conference-style, or 90 guests at round tables
4 Hoffman The Hoffman room is located on the far west side of the fourth floor. Directly adjacent to the Rubin room, the two spaces can be combined, as the spaces are separated by solid oak doors. The Hoffman room features natural light from the west and north. Digital signage may be customized with consultation. Capacity: Hoffman can accommodate up to 20 guests conference style Rubin The Rubin room is located on the eastern side of the Hoffman room. The two spaces can be combined, perfect for meetings with meals. Solid oak doors, rather than an air wall, separate the Hoffman and Rubin rooms. The Rubin room features natural light from the north. Digital signage may be customized with consultation. Capacity: Rubin can accommodate up to 20 guests conference style Froines The Froines room overlooks Bellevue Street, and features a floor to ceiling half-moon window facing north. The Froines room opens up to the Fourth Floor Pre-function space. The Froines room is a perfect setting for board meetings or reception style events with lounge furniture. Digital signage may be customized with consultation. Capacity: Froines can accommodate up to 18 guests conference style, or up to 40 guests at 4 round tables Lee Weiner The Lee Weiner room is located at the far east side of the fourth floor, and offers one of the larger spaces available on this floor. Featuring natural lighting from the north side of the room, the Lee Weiner room is an excellent setting for meetings with audio/visual needs. Capacity: Lee Weiner can accommodate up to 20 guests conference style

6 Valet Valet services are available, either hosted by your group, or paid by any individuals who use the service. For valet fees, please consult with your sales manager. Coat Check Coat check attendants are available at a rate of $ For parties over 50 guests requesting a coat check, the coat check attendant fee will apply. Chef Attendant All action stations require a chef attendant. One chef attendant can assist up to 50 guests. The chef attendant fee is $ per attendant. Bartender All bars on consumption and bar packages require a bartender. One bartender can assist up to 50 guests. Bartender fees are $ per bartender, for a duration of 3 hours. Fees All food and beverage prices are subject to a service charge of 20% and a 2% processing fee. The 2% processing fee will be applied to cover the costs of equipment, staffing, and administrative fees. Sales tax on all food, beverage, room rental, and processing fees is 11.5%. Room rental is subject to an additional 4.5% sales tax. Audio Visual is subject to 9% sales tax and a 22% service charge. All taxes are subject to change without notice. Audio-Visual Needs We are pleased to provide audio-visual services through our third-party onsite partner, Encore Event Technologies. Audio-visual services and fees can be coordinated directly with Director of Event Technologies, David Sexton, at David.Sexton@encore-us.com.
7 Final Guaranteed Guest Count Nico Osteria requires a final, guaranteed guest count for any and all events at 12:00 pm CDT, 3 business days before your event date. Otherwise, we will secure the most recent guest count. Dietary Restrictions We are happy to accommodate a wide range of special dietary needs and restrictions. In consultation with your event manager, we can offer a set menu for the affected guest(s) prior to your event. Additionally, at the start of each event, our captain team will confirm any special needs or restrictions to ensure each and every guest has an enjoyable experience. Food and Beverage Minimum Our food and beverage minimums are specific to your party size, and your event sales manager can provide you with a food and beverage quote upon your inquiry. Deposit In order to secure your reservation, a deposit is due at signing. A standard deposit is 20% of your food and beverage minimum. Corkage For guests wishing to bring in outside wine, our standard corkage rate is $25.00 per 750ml bottle. For more details, please consult with your event sales manager. Cancellation Policy In the event that you need to either cancel or reschedule your event, please immediately contact your event sales manager. Our cancellation policy is fully outlined in all contractual documents, and any cancellation fees will be collected as outlined in said documents.
