3 Frequently Asked Questions Do I need to make an appointment for a site visit? Yes, please contact our Events Department to schedule a site visit during museum hours. How much time do I have to set up and tear down my event? You will have three hours prior to your event to set up and two hours following your event to tear down. More time can be arranged for an additional fee. Will my guests have to pay for parking? We provide up to 300 free parking spaces in the museum parking grounds and ample street parking is available. Parking attendants may be required for an additional fee. Can guests interact with the planes and exhibits? Yes, we can include open cockpits for up to 2 hours. The option of these features is based on the availability of our staff and volunteers. The full museum will be open to your guests. When is the rental deposit due? The signed rental contract is due with a 50% deposit 14 days after the signer has received it. Final payment is due by your event date. Do I have to use one of Wings preferred catering vendors? Yes. Does Wings Staff set up and tear down my event? No, your caterer is responsible for set up and tear down. If you are not using a caterer we can schedule external staff to assist you for an additional fee. Do you move the planes for events? No, our museum is designed with events in mind. Our planes are always arranged to accommodate large events on the main hangar floor and we maintain 44,000 sq. ft. of space, comfortable for up to 1,500 guests seated.

6 MEZZANINE SQUARE FOOTAGE: 800 GUESTS: Up to 75 seated and 200 standing Included with Main Hangar Rental Perfect for standing VIP and cocktail receptions, this open space offers guests a bird s-eye view of the hangar while they enjoy various, traveling air and space exhibits and displays. RENTAL HOURS: 5:30PM-12AM PARTY ROOM SQUARE FOOTAGE: 650 GUESTS: Up to 35 seated and 50 standing PRICE: $250/2 hours An intimate, decorated space for children s birthdays complete with hot air balloon and cloud decorations. Comes with tables and chairs. RENTAL HOURS: 10AM-5PM LOWRY ROOM* SQUARE FOOTAGE: 1,500 GUESTS: Up to 80 seated and 100 standing PRICE: $1,000 Well suited for a small gathering this room features an observation tower and patio that overlooks the front of the Museum and our historic B-52 bomber. *Available during Museum hours only RENTAL HOURS: 8AM-5PM

7 HARRISON FORD THEATER* SQUARE FOOTAGE: 700 GUESTS: 77 theater-style PRICE: $1,000 Cozy and spacious, our theater features a built-in screen, projector, podium and WiFi capabilities. Give a noteworthy corporate presentation or training session in this unique space. RENTAL HOURS: 8AM-5PM *Available during Museum hours only CORPORATE BOARD ROOM* SQUARE FOOTAGE: 700 GUESTS: Up to 18 at table PRICE: $450 Functional space that serves as a comfortable conference room with WiFi capabilities, a dry erase board, conference speaker phone and a projector screen. RENTAL HOURS: 8AM-5PM *Available during Museum hours only NOSE ART ROOM SQUARE FOOTAGE: 600 GUESTS: Up 20 seated and 30 standing PRICE: $300 for 4 hours Surrounded by WWII-era airplane nose art displays and exhibits, this room is perfect for luncheons and small meetings. 8 Wings Hangar Activities AVIATION XTREME (1 or 2 people at time. Each flight is 8-10 minutes.) Price: $375/hour Experience the rush of flight in a realistic cockpit to fly a variety of missions and aircraft in individual or co-op mode under the guidance of simulator instructors. MAX FLIGHT (2 people per flight. Flight is around 10 minutes) Price: $500/hour with a minimum of 2 hours Enjoy an action-packed ride in a full-motion simulator. Try flying up to 14 different aircraft or ride 10 different roller coasters with 360 degree motion. From take-off to landing, MaxFlights 360 of motion bring the flying experience to life offering you the opportunity to dogfight like an Ace or soar like Sully DORON SIMULATOR (Up to 6 people at a time. Each ride is about 5 minutes.) Price: $250/hour A partial-motion simulator perfect for kids and those wanting a less intense simulator ride. 9 Wings Hangar Activities BLIMP (2 hours max) Price: $600 for 2 hours max Watch as our indoor blimp flies around your event dropping off lightweight gifts, prizes, or promotional materials for your private event. RADIO CONTROLLED PLANES (1 or 2 Instructors) Price: $200 for 1 instructor, $300 for 2 instructors Fly a radio-controlled airplane with the help from a certified flight instructor on a buddy box system. All equipment and training is provided. 3D FLIGHT DEMONSTRATION (1 or 2 Pilots) Price: $200 for 1 pilot, $200 for 2 pilots Watch as a radio-controlled plane performs amazing aerial maneuvers such as, torque rolls, loops, spins and much more.
