2 Second Floor (Buy-out) : Composed of three private dining rooms and a semi-private bar & lounge. When combined, can accommodate up to 80 guests for a seated dinner and 200 guests for a reception-style affair. Reserve Bar : Semi-private bar & lounge area with a balcony overlooking Salone Nico. Reserve Bar can host up to 60 guests for a reception-style event with parlor seating to create an elegant atmosphere. Chelsea Private Dining Room The Chelsea private dining room overlooks Bellevue St., and features a built in bar that allows for a more intimate transition from reception to dinner in a completely private space. Capacity: Up to 25 guests at one long table, or 30 guests at three round tables Can be combined with: Factory, to seat up to 56 guests at one long table, or up to 60 guests at six round tables Factory Private Dining Room The Factory private dining room offers views of both Bellevue and Rush Street, with a unique corner view, and floor to ceiling windows. Capacity: Up to 24 guests at one long table, or 30 guests at three round tables Can be combined with: Chelsea, to seat up to 56 guests at one long table, or up to 60 guests at six round tables Fellini Private Dining Room The Fellini private dining room peers onto Rush Street, featuring floor to ceiling windows. Capacity: Up to 20 guests either at one long table or at two round tables Can be combined with: Reserve Bar, for larger receptions, or Factory, for receptions or seated events

3 Third Floor : Chicago 7 The Chicago 7 features floor to ceiling windows on two sides. The entire space combines Davis, Dellinger and Hayden rooms, and makes up the largest space in the Thompson Chicago. The Chicago 7 features an independent pre-function space for larger receptions and meal settings. Digital signage may be customized with consultation for each space, or for the entire floor. For detailed capacities, please refer to capacity chart. Davis The Davis room is located on the west side of the Chicago 7 Ballroom, overlooking Rush St., featuring natural lighting from the west and north. The Davis room can be combined with Dellinger for meetings or receptions with meals. In combination, the Davis room allows for roll-in breaks or buffets without inhibiting necessary space for theater, classroom, or conference set-ups. Best for : The Davis room is best set for meetings for up to 30 guests classroom -set, with meals set in Dellinger. Dellinger The Dellinger room is located at the heart of the Chicago 7 Ballroom, overlooking Bellevue St. The Dellinger room features natural lighting from the north, and can be combined with the Davis room or the Hayden room. The Dellinger room opens directly on to the Third Floor Pre-function space. Best for: The Dellinger room is best set for u-shape or hollow square meeting set-ups up to 22 guests. Dellinger is also an excellent meal room with meetings in Davis or Hayden. Hayden The Hayden room is located on the eastern side of the Chicago 7 Ballroom, overlooking Bellevue St. The Hayden room features natural lighting from the north, and can be combined with the Dellinger room. Best for: The Hayden room is best set with crescent rounds for meetings with presentations, in conjunction with the Dellinger room for meals.

4 Hoffman The Hoffman room is located on the far west side of the fourth floor, and features natural light from the west and north. Directly adjacent to the Rubin room, the two spaces can be combined. Solid oak doors, rather than an air wall, separate the Hoffman and Rubin rooms. This arrangement allows for uninterrupted meetings with meals next door. Digital signage may be customized with consultation. Capacity: Hoffman can accommodate up to 24 guests classroom style. Rubin The Rubin room is located on the eastern side of the Hoffman room, and features natural light from the north. The two spaces can be combined, perfect for meetings with meals. Solid oak doors, rather than an air wall, separate the Hoffman and Rubin rooms. This arrangement allows for uninterrupted meetings with meals next door. Digital signage may be customized with consultation. Capacity: The Rubin room can accommodate up to 20 guests set u-shape. Froines The Froines room overlooks Bellevue St, and features a floor to ceiling half-moon window facing north. The Froines room opens up to the Fourth Floor Pre-function space. The Froines room is a perfect setting for board meetings and can seamlessly transition for reception style events with lounge furniture. Digital signage may be customized with consultation. Capacity: Froines can accommodate up to 18 guests set in a hollow square Lee Weiner The Lee Weiner room is located at the far east side of the fourth floor, and offers one of the larger spaces available on the fourth floor. The Lee Weiner room features natural lighting from the north side of the room, and is an excellent setting for meetings with audio/visual needs. Capacity: Lee Weiner can accommodate up to 20 guests conference style.
