CARNIVAL, VENDORS & CONCESSIONS Open at 11 a.m. daily ADMISSION, PARKING & RIDES Admission $10 Adults, $5 Children (6-12 yrs.), $5 Seniors (60+), Children under 6 are free, Fair Parking $5 PREMIUM CONCERT SEATING Available in advance at & the Fair Ticket office for $15 (Gate admission not included). PARKING (see map) Gate 11 on Schiller Street & Gate 12 at 34th & Battery Streets are drive-through gates. Gate 8 is available for handicap parking. Gate 12 is open 24 hours. Olympic-class high divers in penguin costumes will keep you laughing, & gasping, as they leap from heights of up to 100 ft. into a pool that s only nine & a half ft. deep. Get too close & you re likely to get splashed! Brothers Kyle & Cody Ives, the youngest motorcycle stunt team in America, bring their exciting show to the Arkansas State Fair for the first time.
