2 This Style Guide contains artwork of Yogi Bear and Friends! Included in this Style Guide is a variety of artwork, provided in several formats. In most cases, you will find both color and black and white versions of every graphic in the following three formats. (There are a few exceptions where you may find only a black and white or only a color version.) From 2016 on (if you see EPS, JPG and PNG versions listed): Adobe Illustrator EPS: These files all have.eps extensions at the end of their file name. They are best used for printing and sign making. Illustrator files, which are vector files, can be blown up very large without losing detail. They are not good to use on most inkjet printers because they will look jaggy because most inkjet printers do not print postscript. On postscript-enabled laser printers, however, they should be fine. Adobe Photoshop JPEG: These files all have.jpg extensions at the end of their file name. They are all high resolution files (300 dpi). These files, which are bitmap files, can be used for desktop printing and most commercial printing when modified to meet printer's specifications. Adobe Photoshop PNG: These files all have.png extensions at the end of their file name. They are lower resolution versions (72 dpi) of their ".jpg" counterparts. These files, which are also bitmap files, are best used for websites. In many cases they are preferred over the JPG versions as they have transparent backgrounds. Pre-2016 files (if you see EPS, TIFF and JPG versions listed): Adobe Illustrator EPS: These files all have.eps extensions at the end of their file name. 35 Approved Jellystone Park Facility Names 01/01/2011 Naming Conventions 1. Ranger Station Description: building that houses registration and the park store. Other facilities such as a snack bar may also be run out of the Ranger Station. This is typically the first building a guest sees when driving into a park. 2. Registration Station Description: larger parks may have a separate building designated for registration 3. Pavilion Description: open building that has picnic tables or other seating arrangements; used by guests for gatherings or by the park for activities/events Since some parks have multiple pavilions, they may choose to name the pavilion after a character. Acceptable names would be Yogi Bear Pavilion, Cindy Bear Pavilion, Boo Boo Pavilion or Ranger Smith Pavilion. The park may also choose to designate the pavilion by location within the park, i.e. Lakeside Pavilion or by a common name used in the region, i.e. Adirondack Pavilion. 4. Recreation Center Description: enclosed building used to host multiple types of recreational activities including arts & crafts, karaoke, DJs, etc. 5. Comfort Station, Bathhouse, Washroom Description: building containing bathrooms and showers. There are three different names due to regional and Canadian dialects. In the eastern part of the U.S., Comfort Station is most used; western U.S. uses Bathhouse and Canadians say Washroom. 6. Suds Station Description: building that houses the washers/dryers 7. The Pic a nic Basket Description: a small facility that sells basic snacks; guests walk up to a counter or a window to purchase the items. 8. Cartoon Café Description: indoor facility that sells snacks or meals and has a place for guests to sit and eat - pg. 35 -

36 9. Campfire Canteen Description: a poolside or theatre station where drinks and snacks are sold; can be portable 10. Jellystone Theatre Description: an indoor or outdoor facility where movies and cartoons are shown. 11. Yogi Bear s Water Zone Description: a water complex in addition to a swimming pool which may include a splashground, water wars, activity pool, etc. Individual amenities/areas (i.e., hot tub, waterslide) within the Water Zone may be named. Any use of WB trademarks will be submitted separately. 12. Cindy Bear Solarium Description: High End an indoor swimming pool enclosed by glass 2 in system 13. Yogi Bear Mini Golf Description: a standard 9 or 18 hole mini golf course located within a Jellystone Park. If a park has a second mini golf course it is named Boo Boo Mini Golf. 14. Old Faceful Mining Company Description: a gem mining sluice where guests pan for gemstones (This name was previously approved by WB.) 15. Jellystone Park Express Description: a kid sized train ride; this amenity is not common across the system currently found at five parks Jellystone Junction station where people meet to ride the Jellystone Park Express 16. The Bear s Den Description: small building or enclosed area where the bears live it is often used for storytime, etc. It may or may not house the costumes in a separate/private room in the building. 17. Arcade Alley Description: building that houses token or coin operation arcade machines 18. The Ole Swimmin Holea. Lake or pond used for swimming 19. The Ole Swimmin Pool a. Pool used for swimming 20.
