2 Mohegan Sun Expansion Uncasville, Connecticut The multi-faceted, 4.9 million sf expansion includes a 34-story, 1,200-room hotel tower with world-class health spa and pool, convention center with premier meeting and function spaces, casino, distinctive retail shops, a 10,000-seat multi-purpose arena, dining and lounges, employee training and fi tness center, and parking garages. Vee Quiva Casino and Hotel Laveen, Arizona The project includes a 178,000 sf single-story structure with 70,000 sf of gaming and fi ve restaurants, in addition to a three-story, 90-room hotel and exterior pool area. Also included is a cast-in-place, four-story, 1,000-car parking garage, as well as landscaping and site improvements for the 70-acre property. Red Hawk Casino Placerville, California In the rugged terrain of the Sierra Foothills, this new three-level, 280,000 sf, full-service gaming facility with 88,000 sf of gaming fl oor features 2,000 slot machines, 75 gaming tables, restaurants, bars, a childcare facility and arcade. Additional construction included a wastewater treatment plant, stormwater utilities, water storage tanks and a 3,100-space parking garage. Morongo Casino, Resort and Spa Cabazon, California A new 27-story hotel tower containing 272 rooms and 32 suites, and a two-story rooftop penthouse shell; low-rise containing themed casino, meeting space, spa, restaurant, backof-house space; a pool complex featuring casitas with private pools; a fi ve-level, 1,780-space parking garage; and tenant improvements including a steak house, nightclub, and tower top lounge and restaurant. Sycuan Parking Structure and Site Improvements El Cajon, California New 730,000 sf, fi ve-level, 2,237-space parking structure providing convenient parking for guests and easy access to the casino via a covered bridge from the third fl oor of the garage, in addition to 25 acres of site improvements. Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania The fi rst phase included renovations and additions to the existing Grandstand and Clubhouse. The program for the new 392,000 sf casino offers a complete entertainment experience including slot machines, food court, several bars and lounges, nightclub, a Kid s Quest center, retail space, new parking for 4,100 cars and enhanced employee services area.

3 Pechanga Resort and Casino New 989,179 sf resort and casino including a 13-story, 522-room hotel tower, 88,000 sf casino, 40,000 sf of convention space containing a 24,000 sf grand ballroom, restaurants, 1,200-seat theater style showroom, retail space, bingo hall, pool and spa facilities, and a central plant. Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Tampa, Florida The complex includes a 12-story hotel tower housing 250 guest rooms with several restaurants, three lounges including a sports bar, a live entertainment venue and nightclub, a Hard Rock retail store, a spa, and pool complex. The complex also has 90,000 sf of gaming complete with 1,800 gaming machines, 32 poker tables, and a bingo gallery. Viejas Casino North Expansion Alpine, California New 50,000 sf casino including both gaming and back-of-house space with the second fl oor containing a main bar area, high limit gaming area, high limit restrooms, elevated platforms in the lounge area, and a full-service kitchen. Thunder Valley Casino Phase I and II Lincoln, California Phase I includes a themed gaming and entertainment facility with food court, center pit and sports bar, specialty restaurants, 500-seat buffet, bingo hall, high limit, Asian and VIP gaming, and parking. Phase II includes build-out over existing offi ce space and reconfi guration of existing gaming area. MGM Grand at Foxwoods Mashantucket, Connecticut Located at Foxwoods Resort Casino, the project includes a new 30-story, 826-room hotel tower with a 21,000 sf spa, 4,000-seat theater, 115,000 sf of convention space including a 50,000 sf ballroom and junior ballroom, 50,000 sf of gaming, restaurants, retail stores and a one million sf pre-cast parking garage for 2,900 cars. Pechanga Resort and Casino Phase II The expansion consisted of two main elements - a three-level, 415,000 sf casino expansion, and a fi ve-level, 3,200-space parking garage. The casino features additional gaming space including high limit gaming, a two-level sports restaurant, nightclub, beacon bar that opens to the roof, a multi-cultural food court, and a 1,000-space below-grade valet parking facility.

4 Chumash Casino Resort Santa Ynez, California The new Chumash Casino is a design-build effort constructed over two phases. Phase I consists of a three-level complex containing a casino, fi ne dining restaurant, 300-seat buffet, deli, entertainment venues and a 246-space below-grade valet parking structure. Phase II consists of a four-level, 106-room hotel, pool, spa, meeting and recreational facilities, and a 427-space parking structure. Pechanga Resort and Casino High Limit Gaming Area New 15,000 sf high limit gaming area with a Feng Shui design to evoke balance and harmony for the ultimate gaming experience. The space contains 235 slots and video poker machines, a full-service bar, 24-hour players lounge and secluded cash cage for added privacy and security. San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino Highland, California New 480,000 sf of gaming space including casino, bingo hall, specialty restaurants, buffet, sports bar, back-of-house space, a central plant, a pedestrian bridge with moving walkways, and a seven-story, 1,190-space parking structure and a single-story, 450-space below-grade valet garage. Mohegan Sun Project Horizon, Casino of the Wind Uncasville, Connecticut A 64,000 sf gaming and entertainment expansion to the existing Mohegan Sun facility including a new high-end 12,500 sf poker room, 900 high limit slot machines, Players Club, table games area and 20,000 sf of restaurant space. Graton Rancheria Casino Rohnert Park, California This new 365,000 sf casino resort, located on the Tribe s reservation near Rohnert Park, California includes a 135,000 sf casino with approximately 3,000 slot machines and table games, entertainment venues, high-end restaurants, and a food court. Soaring Eagle Destination Resort Mt. Pleasant, Michigan New seven-story, 500-room hotel, 240,000 sf casino and bingo hall, 20,000 sf of meeting space, three restaurants, children s activity center, pool, exercise and spa area, and 1,500-car parking garage.

5 Coconut Creek Casino Parking Garage and Casino Expansion Coconut Creek, Florida The project will add 45,700 sf of gaming fl oor area to the casino while renovating the existing 40,000 sf casino. The renovations include upgrades to the interior fi nishes as well as relocating and reconfi guring the cage operations and an upgraded and expanded poker room and a deli. In addition, a new 1,250,000 sf, seven-level parking garage accommodating 2,400 vehicles was constructed. The LEED goal for the garage is Silver certifi cation. Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Hollywood, Florida The four-star destination resort includes a 12-story, 500-room hotel with 63 suites in a Mediterranean-style design, 130,000 sf casino, restaurants, a spa, exercise room, a six-acre lagoon style pool surrounded by cabanas, and over 100,000 sf of meeting exhibition space. Pechanga Resort and Casino Golf Course Clubhouse New three-level clubhouse to service an 18-hole golf course that contains bag and cart storage, locker rooms, pro shop, restaurant, outdoor seating, kitchen, executive and administrative offi ces, conference rooms, in addition to two ancillary buildings with a grass area for outdoor events. Pala Casino Resort and Spa Pala, California The four-star resort includes a 10-story, 507-room hotel tower; 30,000 sf of convention space; restaurant; 2,000-seat outdoor venue; Olympic-size pool; 12 private cabanas; a 2,520 sf central plant; 550-car, four-level parking structure; and 63,507 sf expansion and renovation of the existing casino containing a new 1,000-seat show lounge. Creek Casino Montgomery Expansion Montgomery, Alabama This 21,800 sf project consists of a gaming fl oor which will hold approximately 650 games, bathroom facilities and a service bar. The entire gaming fl oor is a raised access fl oor which will act as the plenum for air distribution. There will be a translucent panel wall backlit with color changing LED lights along the exterior of the casino. Seminole Paradise Retail and Entertainment Venue Hollywood, Florida Seminole Paradise has more than 17 restaurants and 13 nightclubs, 24 specialty retail shops and the region s top live performance venues. The complex includes a sports bar with over 100 viewing screens, restaurants with private rooms and two-level interiors overlooking Lake Paradise, and 5,600-seat live performance venues for touring bands, theater productions, boxing and rodeo.
