As a member of Destination Xchange, you have the ability to exchange your vacation ownership, IN REAL TIME, to a variety of destinations across different countries, accommodation types and seasons, as well as the option to return to your home resort. Exchanges are based on the Destination Xchange Tier system that also give you the opportunity to upgrade to the different levels to accommodate your vacation needs. BOOK YOUR DESIRED DESTINATION ONLINE STAY VACATIONED. WHEN YOU WANT! WHAT HAPPENS TO MY WEEK? By enrolling and paying an annual membership fee to become a member of Destination Xchange, you will have the opportunity to deposit your vacation ownership week. In return, for a standard exchange fee you will be able to book an available week at any of the resorts within the Destination Xchange Tiers. 10 WHAT IS THE DESTINATION XCHANGE TIER? The Destination Xchange Tier is a tool designed to evaluate and identify which vacation ownership weeks are similar. Each resort available to Destination Xchange members will have Tiers assigned to the various accommodation choices by season. WHAT IS MY DESTINATION XCHANGE TIER? Your vacation ownership week Destination Xchange Tier will be based on a number of factors including for example: resort location, unit size, season, and demand for location. To identify the Destination Xchange tier for your vacation ownership week, please refer to the Table of Contents to find the resort where you own, and review the tier grid. One of the great features of Destination Xchange is that you are not restricted to solely being able to reserve weeks in the same tier as your own. If you choose, you can reserve accommodations in a higher tier by paying an upgrade fee in addition to the standard exchange fee. The table on the following page shows the upgrade fee charged, in addition to the exchange fee, should you wish to exchange to a different tier than the equivalent of the week you deposited. 10 DESTINATION XCHANGE

If the member decides to vacation at a Tier 4 accommodation, they would add $350 to the standard exchange fee. See the chart above as a reference guide for the cost to upgrade to different tiers. Furthermore, a member who exchanges a Tier 5 week may book any resort accommodations available in Tier 3, 4 or 5 by paying the standard exchange fee. If the member opted to reserve a Tier 6 week, then according to the chart above, a $175 upgrade fee, as well as the standard exchange fee, would be required. Additionally, the member could opt to book two Tier 1 or 2 resort accommodations, by simply paying 2 standard exchange fees. PREMIUM EXCHANGE WEEKS There are a limited number of restrictions where a $1,000 exchange fee premium is due in addition to the upgrade fee referenced above. These include extremely highly demanded dates due to holiday times or local events which often make availability scarce. DEPOSITING YOUR WEEK Destination Xchange members can deposit their week from 24 months before the start date of the vacation time. A late deposit fee will be charged based on the following criteria: Tier 1 and Tier 2 deposits can be made up until 3 months prior to arrival before the late deposit fee applies. Tier 3 and Tier 4 deposits can be made up until 30 days prior to arrival before the late deposit fee applies. Tier 5 and Tier 6 deposits can be made up until 14 days prior to arrival before the late deposit fee applies. As a great advantage over other exchange providers, the value of your vacation ownership week will not be penalized when depositing late and your ability to book your vacation will remain the same. BOOKING MY DESTINATION XCHANGE VACATION 1. Determine where you would like to vacation by logging in at DestinationXchange.com and visiting our Destination page, which provides all destinations available to Destination Xchange members. You may also review the destinations listed in this booklet. RESERVATION CANCELLATION If a Member cancels a reservation at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the first day of a reservation, then the Member will be able to make an additional exchange request with the deposited vacation ownership week, provided that the Member pays a cancellation fee. Any Member that cancels a reservation within fourteen (14) days in advance of the first day of a reservation will not be able to make an additional change request, the deposited vacation ownership week is forfeited. Irrespective of the notice of cancellation given, the exchange fee and any applicable upgrade fees paid will not be refunded. Members are encouraged to purchase the Destination Xchange Protection Plan at the time of booking to safeguard the deposited week and avoid being charged the cancellation fee. DESTINATION XCHANGE PROTECTION PLAN As you are preparing for your vacation, what if: you have an unexpected family or work emergency? your flights are cancelled? weather interferes with your ability to travel? Members of Destination Xchange have the ability to safeguard their deposited week in case the unexpected happens at vacation time. Purchasing the Destination Xchange Protection Plan will ensure you are not subject to the cancellation fee should you need to cancel, up to 24 hours prior to arrival date. Members may only purchase the Destination Xchange Protection Plan at the time of booking per reservation. 13 PROCEDURES FOR CHECKING IN AND RESERVATION RULES IN-RESORT RULES Each occupant of an accommodation must comply with the rules of that resort and Destination Xchange at all times. No member or guest is permitted to keep an animal, bird, fish or other livestock in a resort accommodation other than where our resort rules allow, such as in the case of service animals. YOUR MEMBERSHIP DESIGNATED MEMBER Each membership must have a designated primary member who is an individual to whom all communication and invoicing will be sent. MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL The Destination Xchange membership will be available for renewal each year on the anniversary date of joining. If you wish to continue your enrollment of Destination Xchange, you can log in at DestinationXchange.com or contact us at and make payment when your renewal is due. This payment ensures your membership remains active and allows you to continue exchanging your vacation ownership week. CHECK-IN AFTER THE PLANNED ARRIVAL DATE If members are not intending to check in at the resort on the originally booked date of arrival, or their plans change and they are unable to arrive as previously scheduled, then they must contact the resort Front Desk Reception 24 hours prior to the original arrival date and advise when they will be arriving. Failure to notify resort reception may result in the cancellation of the booking and the possibility that there may be no availability when the member arrives. NON-ARRIVAL If a member does not check in to the resort, the member will forfeit the week exchange used to make that booking. OCCUPANCY OF THE ACCOMMODATION Reservations can be used by the members named on the membership and their immediate family (spouse, parent, sibling or children). You may arrange for the reservation to be used by a guest of your choosing by purchasing a guest certificate. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION Please contact us to request a Cancellation of Membership form should you wish to cancel your Destination Xchange membership before your membership end date. There is no refund of paid membership fees or refund of deposited vacation ownership weeks when cancelling your membership. DESTINATION XCHANGE 13

14 PLAN AHEAD Log in at DestinationXchange.com and explore all of the locations and different accommodation types available to you. As a Destination Xchange member, you have the great advantage to deposit your week up to 24 months in advance. Once you have decided on which of the many locations to visit, go online and book your reservation to ensure you get the dates and location you desire. GUEST CERTIFICATES Would you like to give a family member or friend your requested vacation week as a gift? Destination Xchange welcomes friends and family to our resorts and would love to provide them with the opportunity to create new experiences and adventures. To make this possible, as a Destination Xchange member you will be able to request a Guest Certificate when you confirm your reservation. Provide us with the name of the guest who will be checking in and the reservation will be updated. A fee will be charged for this service. RESERVATIONS MADE FOR COMMERCIAL GAIN Bookings cannot be made for commercial gain. Destination Xchange has been created for the enjoyment of all members. Reservations made solely to sell or rent, for a profit or significant financial gain, are not permitted. If such practices are discovered, we reserve the right to cancel those bookings and may suspend the membership of the member. HELPFUL TIPS Destination Xchange offers great flexibility to vacation when and where you want. It also offers more than your vacation ownership alone could not provide. Please look at these great tips that will help you get more out of your exchange. CHANGE OF PLANS? NO PROBLEM! Life comes with many unexpected events and changes and we understand there may be times adjustments to your scheduled vacation are needed. This is why, as a member of Destination Xchange, you can purchase the Destination Xchange Protection plan and have the benefit of cancelling or changing your reservation without losing your deposited week. If you did not purchase the Destination Xchange Protection Plan, you will still be able to retain your week after a cancellation fee has been paid.
