13 4 Nights in a Luxury Resort Privileges This vacation certificate provides two adults, 21 years of age or older, with 4 nights of luxury accommodations in a deluxe studio unit in one of the following locations: Mexico: Acapulco, Ixtapa, Riviera Maya, Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Peñasco, Cabo, and Mazátlan United States: Las Vegas or Orlando*. *These locations require an upgrade to a full 7 night stay, 1 bedroom accommodation, and check-in on a specific day. Procedures Upon receiving your Vacation Certificate, please visit to register your certificate. Please follow the instructions on the website on how to redeem your Vacation Certificate and book your Vacation. You are responsible for government imposed taxes which are approximately $9.00 USD per night, and may change from time to time. For some resorts, there will be a $75.00 USD resort fee, per reservation, payable to the resort upon check out as well. As part of the resorts fee, you will be provided one-way transportation from the airport to the resort, daily maid service, turn-down service, local phone calls, a welcome cocktail, daily newspaper, gym, Wi-Fi, and inter-resort shuttle service. Riviera Maya also charges an Environmental Sanitation Fee which is around $1.50 USD per day. Once you submit your reservation, you will receive a confirmation via within 48 hours. In the rare event that your reservation cannot be confirmed, a Vacation Concierge will contact you with alternative available dates and assist you with obtaining your reservation. ATTENTION: Travelers selecting Riviera Maya or Nuevo Vallarta destinations: Approximately one two weeks prior to check in, you will receive a second confirmation . This will contain a link to set up your shuttle service. You will need to have the following information ready when you reserve: 1.) Reservation Number 2.) Number of passengers 3.) Airline Flight Number 4.) Date and Time of your Arrival and 5.) Your address, this will give the resort ample opportunity to set up and confirm your transportation from the airport to the resort. Shuttle service needs to be arranged no later than 5 days prior to your check-in day. The resort will not accept shuttle reservations later than that. Cancellations of reservations 31 days or more are allowed but will be subject to a $99 rebooking fee. Cancellations of reservations less than 30 days prior to check in cannot be accommodated and rebooking your vacation will not be allowed. Reservation Protection is highly recommended. SFX Preferred Resorts and Vacation Clix are not responsible for any acts of nature, any other natural disaster or circumstance beyond our control, which may impact travel at our participating resorts. All reservations and confirmations are subject to space availability. Consult your Vacation Certificate for expiration date.** Guests are responsible for any and all related costs, including but not limited to: transportation, local taxes, incidentals, and any other incurred costs, while on vacations. Some resorts require specific check-in days, additional nights, or larger room sizes in order to be confirmed. These will require additional upgrade fees which are payable at the time of booking.
