5 SurePark A members-only program which guarantees travelers a guaranteed parking spot in a designated nested area of the Terminal C parking garage. We use a proximity card with credit card on file technology to process transactions. SurePark memberships require a one-time application fee of $200 and the daily rate is at a premium of $2/day over the general parking daily rate. There are 3,000 members in this program.

6 Lessons Learned Executive Parking License: Implemented in 2008 specific spaces were licensed to an individual or company for their exclusive parking use 24 hours a day on an annual basis. The nested parking area had spaces closest to the entry to busiest terminals; C and D/E and the spaces were 25% wider than our standard parking spaces in other parts of the garage. At the inception of the program 40 spaces were dedicated to the program and in 2012 the nested area was reduced to 20 spaces as the program was not well received. At the height of the program there were 12 Licensed Executive Parking spaces. The program will be discontinued as of December 31, 2017

7 Courtesy Carts IAH Garages Implemented to address the large number of lost vehicles due to the complexity of navigating the Terminal C Garages. The program elevated the customer experience by assisting customers to and from the Terminal entrance and their vehicle.

9 IAH Automation The installation of credit card in/out devices throughout the parking facilities has reduced operational costs and improved the processing time of transactions. Ninety-five percent of the credit card revenue is processed through automated lanes and 85% of all parking revenue is through automation. InstaPark - the branded name of the HAS automated credit card in/out ticketless system designed for convenience.

11 ecopark JFK & ecopark2 WC ecopark JFK was rebranded in The facility has 8,600 spaces with 1,650 covered. This surface lot operates 24/7 with a fleet of 30 CNG shuttles. ecopark2 WC opened in May 2016 with 2,200 covered spaces and a fleet of 20 CNG shuttles. Fully automated exit using Remote Management Services to assist customers in the lanes if needed. Available at both ecopark locations: Reservations/Pre-Pay Customers are able to make online reservations. Coupons Customers may print bar coded coupons from the Fly2Houston website for use at the IAH ecopark lots. $1mm advertising budget.

12 Customer Loyalty Program The PARKING PLUS frequent parking program awards points to members parking at ecopark lots. PARKING PLUS Rewards are earned when the PARKING PLUS membership card is used to enter, exit & pay for your parking. PARKING PLUS points may be redeemed for airline miles or free parking. Each point equals one (1) airline mile or 250 points for 1 day of parking. There are 21,300 members.
