No partial payment will be accepted. A hotel room (Japanese style with futon) is shared and room allocation will be done by the organizer. A family will not necessarily share a room. A different accommodation rate will be applied to those who will not participate in training. Please check the rate at the reception desk upon arrival. Please inform any allergies, chronic diseases, lifestyle-related diseases to the organizer in registration. Please inform dietary restrictions, food allergies and religious restrictions. While we will coordinate with the hotel as much as possible, please note that we may not be able to accommodate all of your requests. Please bring your own Karate gi and other amenities you may need for training (e.g. towels and water). You may want to bring training/walking shoes in case for walking in the Hakone National park. Electronic games are not allowed during Gasshuku. Please refer to cancelation policy when you want to cancel after payment. Participants registering after the deadline have to find their own insurance for training.

Please inform sensei in charge. 2 Karate gi has to be white including T-shirt or any tops under gi. 3 No jewelry and hair accessory are allowed. 4 Please turn off your mobile phones or set as silent. 5 Neither photo nor video is allowed. 6 Please bring your own water for training. 7 Please submit your IOGKF passport to the organizer in the evening of the 1st day of Gasshuku. Please include date and name of gasshuku by yourself.

5 Address: Access: Transportation to Ryureikan From Narita From Haneda Access to Hakone Kogen Hotel We will arrange a bus from Ryureikan to Hakone Kogen Hotel on Saturday 15 September. The bus fare (for returns) is arround JPY4,500. Please contact the organizer in advance if you want to join from Ryureikan. Central Building 2F, Chuo, Nishi-ku, Yokohama, Japan The nearest station is Tobe Station (KK 38), Keikyu train line. Only local train stops. It's about 3 mins walk from Tobe Station to Ryureikan. Recommended transportation is an airport limousine bus from the airport to Yokohama City Air Terminal (YCAT), then to take Keikyu train line from Yokohama Station (KK 37). Tobe station is only 1 stop away. Airport limousine web: Keikyu web: Recommended transportation is a train (Keikyu line). Access from Haneda: Transportation to Hakone Kogen Hotel Hakone Highway Bus is available from Haneda, Tokyo Station, Shinjuku and Yokohama Station.
