To help ensure that your project runs as smoothly as possible, we have provided some helpful information below. Please feel free to contact our scheduling department for more information and with any special requests. Our offices are located in the Denny Triangle, Seattle s rapidly growing hi-tech district and home to Amazon. Our building is directly across the street from Amazon s new headquarters tower and the Amazon globes (see below). The local area is bustling with blue badges and the new restaurants, hotels, plazas, and services targeting them. STRATEGY TECHNOLOGY DESIGN DEPOSITIONS

Production Services Pre-Shipping - Should you not want to travel with any documents or equipment, ProMotion Arts is able to hold your items securely until you arrive for your project. We can also make arrangements to ship items back to you upon completion of the assignment. If you prefer to have us print documents at our office, please contact our office and then send electronic files and your specific copy order. The copy charge will be added to your final invoice. Office Amenities - Our production staff is on site and can copy, fax, scan, and cover any of your light documentmanagement needs onsite. We also have complimentary guest WiFi. Studio - Our in-house studio is the ideal venue for photo shoots, video productions, and live streaming. Conference Rooms - We have several conference rooms suitable for project meetings, focus groups, client meetings, and videoconferencing. Our main conference room has HD videoconferencing and seats 14 in a boardroom style setup. Our multipurpose room has SD videoconferencing and can seat 10 boardroom style, 16 classroom style or up to 25 theater style. This room also converts to a fully functional studio for green screen or production shoots. Our war room can seat 6 comfortably for project meetings or as a break out space. We are proud to dedicate our war room to our principal s father, Bruce Snake Crandall (Ret.), Medal of Honor recipient, played by Greg Kinnear in the movie, We Were Soldiers. 2

3 Breakout Suites - We have breakout rooms available should you need to meet prior to, during, or after your project meeting or studio shoot. Food & Beverage Service - When scheduling your project meeting or shoot, let us know what you would like to have stocked in your room. If you plan on having lunch during your visit, we can make arrangements to have lunch delivered to the conference room or recommend a local restaurant. Videoconferencing/Teleconferencing/Skype - Should you or other key influencers no longer be able to attend the project meeting in person, we have videoconferencing suites available for remote participation. Nationwide Service - We have affiliated offices throughout the United States and Canada and have access to video conferencing rooms and studios throughout the US, Europe, and Asia. We are happy to provide service wherever your project may take you. Nobody s really even sure of what to call them, and Amazon hasn t yet committed to a name. Around the web, I ve seen them referred to as biospheres, biodomes, bubbles, globes, spherical buildings, giant spheres, epic-looking glass spheres...you get the picture. From WA-518 take the left-hand I-5 North exit toward Seattle. From I-5, take exit 165, Seneca Street, on the left. Turn right onto Sixth Avenue. 6 From the East (via WA-520) From Bellevue, take I-405 north to the WA-520 exit west toward Seattle/Redmond and then the I-5 South exit on the left toward City Center. Transportation/Parking Cabs - We are located in downtown Seattle where cabs are generally available. Our office would be happy to call a cab and arrange a ride for you. Uber / Lyft Seattle is served by a number of ridesharing services including Uber and Lyft as well as offering car sharing through Car2Go, ReachNow, and Zipcar. Central Link light rail - Taking approximately 40 minutes of travel time, the light rail leaves directly from SeaTac Airport stopping at a number of locations before arriving at Westlake Station, a few blocks from our office. Parking - We have limited visitor parking in our building garage, however, there is street parking located outside of our office with a time limit of four hours. If you need to park for a longer period of time, there are several parking lots nearby. Prices for the lots vary.
