As we constantly continue to improve and develop ourselves, it is not always easy, even for regulars, to keep up with the changes. This brochure has been put together, to inform all, regular and new guests, about our offers, services and answer any questions you may have. Something you can t find an answer to? Please don t hesitate to ask our reception staff. As we are always keen to improve, we would be grateful, if you could take the time to complete the questionnaire provided in your room before you depart. 3 Hotel None of our rooms is like the other; everyone individually designed and furnished, every visit a new experience.

4 Adapter We hold adapters for various countries at reception Alarm call service You have the option to contact our reception or to use the automatic alarm call. Therefore, we ask you to clear the room no later than 11:00 AM on departure day, so that the next guest can also profit from it. Elevator We would like to inform you, that our lift is not in operation during the night hours or on our rest days (Sunday & Monday). 3

5 Grander Water The entire building is equipped with the technology of Grander since the opening of our wellness-area. Therefore, our guests are constantly in touch with this purified water in the shower, when you are washing and drinking; Even the kitchen is cooking with it. More information is available at Included Services Your booking confirmation will explain all included services of your reservation. Ironing board There are ironing facilities on every floor. Please ask at reception or a member of our housekeeping if you require help. Means of payment In addition to paying in cash, we also accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, debit card and Euro Card. Minibar All beverages in our minibar are charged at 2,50 per bottle. The housekeeping-team will restock these on a daily basis. Night entrance There is no night auditor in the hotel, so the hotel lobby and main entrance are closed during night times. You can use one of the night entrances with your key card or key chip outside the business hours. Non-smoking rooms Please note that all rooms are non-smoking rooms. On violation, we must charge another guest-night, because we cannot sell a room smelling of smoke. 4

6 Other services Our team will try and help with any other wishes you might have. We take the liberty to charge a supplement starting at 10 for additional services during the night hours. Parking area Our parking area is directly in front of the hotel and can be used free of charge during your stay. On request you can also rent a garage. Half-board Some of our room flat rates or arrangements include a half-board menu in the evening. In this case we have already reserved a table for you in our restaurant. To check if your flat rate includes halfboard check your reservation confirmation. On days off you receive a credit voucher. Herb garden Have you already seen our herb garden, left of the main entrance? The herbs growing there are also used by our chefs for the meals. Kitchen style All our foods are exclusively made from fresh products and are homemade. In this process, we offer food from regional, French and Mediterranean kitchen. 8

We use exclusively seasonal products and none are finished or semi-finished products.
