At the reception you can take an electric key and entry permit, which allows you to drive free in and out of the locked zone. Important! The key and the permit are NOT valid for waiting and parking. 2 How to reach the Hotel via Highway 1 from Vienna: Get into Győr, turn left into the Mihály Munkácsy street. Leave the roundabout at the first exit (towards Zechmeister street). Before the bridge turn right to reach the Bécsi kapu square. After drive throght the sinking gate, you will reach Király street. You can find the hotel at the beginning of the street on the left side.

4 How to operate the sinking gate: Our hotel is situated in the historical part of Győr in the traffic-free zone. We would like to inform our guests, that there is a sinking gate at the Becsi Kapu square, operated by a dispatcher service, independent from the hotel. Our guests can exempt from the ban, in that case, they send us the license plate number of their car before arrival. Without the car number, we cannot ask for free entrance from the dispatcher service. Please let the operator know, that you are the guests of Hotel Capitulum. For making a call, you have to push the Kezelő hívógomb button in the black frame. Sensors help the operation of the gate. Until the car is not in the area of the sensor, the gate will not go down, and if you would drive back (out from the area of the sensor), it would expect that the car is gone, so the column would come up. The mirror and the lamp help the driver with the crossing. The mirror and the lamp can be seen very well from the driver s seat. The orange color means, that the column is down, and you can drive freely. The red color shows, that the column is on the way up, or already close. From the driver s seat you can see the column in the mirror. Please check it before you drive. Important information, that only one car can drive through the gate in the same time. In every case you have to wait until the column is up, and you have to start a new process.
