17 Practical Training Conditions Duration: 3-6 months: Summer Season (May-October) Frequency: 5-6 days per week Shift: Continuing or split shifts of 8-9 hours (depending on period). Break: Short break during the shift Payment: Takes place on a monthly basis Stop of training: Under extra-ordinary circumstances (Confirmation from doctor or death of a member of the family)
