Taka, so cel da se odredi stepenot na optovarenost na litoralniot region na Ohridskoto Ezero pred vlivot na Velgo{ka Reka t.n. Gra{nica, vo period od edna godina (fevruari fevruari 2000) i so mese~na dinamika na kolekcionirawe na materijalot, bea sprovedeni istra`uvawa na osnovnite fizi~ko-hemiski parametri koi se indikatori na trofi~kiot status, kvalitativniot i kvantitativniot sostav na fitoplanktonot, kako najosetliv indikator na promenite vo akvati~niot ekosistem i negoviot konstitutiven del, hlorofilot a kako biolo{ki indikator na trofi~kata sostojba. Rezultatite od site istra`uvani parametri uka`aa deka ezerskata voda vo reonot Gra{nica se nao a vo mezotrofna trofi~ka sostojba, kako posledica od vnesuvaweto na golemi koli~ini na industriski i komunalni otpadni vodi vo ovoj litoralen region so vodata od Velgo{ka Reka. With the recent development of the human activities in the watershed of Lake Ohrid, part of them have also negative impact on this unique lake's ecosystem. Thus, with aim to determine the loading rate of the littoral region of Lake Ohrid infront of the inflows of River Velgoska i.e. Grasnica, within one year period (February February 2000), with a monthly frequency of sampling, were caried out investigations of the basic physic-chemical parameters which are indicators of the water trophic state, qualitative and quantitative composition of the phytoplankton, which is the most sensitive indicator of changes in aquatic ecosystems and its constitutional part, the chlorophyll a, as biological indicator of the trophic state. The results from all the investigated parameters indicate that lake water in the area Grasnica is in mesotrophic state, as consequence of the insertion of large amount of industrial and communal waste waters in this littoral region with water from River velgoska. Key words: Lake Ohrid, littoral, River Velgoska, trophic state, trophic parameters Voved Reonot Gra{nica e mesto kade {to vo Ohridskoto Ezero se vliva Velgo{ka Reka i e lociran pome u reonot Daqan i Ohridskoto Kale. Velgo{ka Reka izvira od Petrinska Planina, ima slivna povr{ina od 23,1 km 2 i dol`ina 8,5 km. Preku ovaa reka vo ezerskite vodi so godini se vnesuvale kontaminanti od industrisko, urbano i agrarno poteklo (Ocevski 1971, 1974; Ocevski et al. 1977; Ern. 307

Taa gi nosi otpadnite industriski vodi, bezmalku na celata industrija od ohridskiot region (metalna, kerami~ka, drvna, ~evlarska, prehrambena), komunalnite otpadni vodi od doma}instvata na naselenite mesta po nejziniot tek, kako i infiltriranite vodi {to se cedat od okolnite agrarni povr{ini, a reonot Gra{nica kade {to se vliva, koj e poznat i kako Gradska Pla`a, mnogu godini nanazad e najtemnata damka na Ohridskoto krajbre`je. Ezerskata voda vo ovoj region ima siva boja, a neretko po nejzinata povr{ina se zabele`uva prisustvo na razni zagaduva~i i se ~uvstvuva neprijaten miris. Ve}e podolgo vreme zabraneto e koristeweto na ezerskata voda od ovoj reon za rekreativni celi. Posebno treba da se potencira visokoto organsko zagaduvawe i prisustvoto na odredeni te{ki metali (`elezo, mangan, olovo, cink, kadmium i {estovalenten hrom) vo nedozvoleni koncentracii vo istiot reon (Karamanoleski i Kirovski 1992). Vrz osnova na merewata na fosforot vo Velgo{ka Reka e konstatirano deka okolu kg fosfor godi{no se vnesuva od rekata vo Ohridskoto Ezero (Ern. Basler & Partners 1995). Materijal i metodi Probite za analiza bea kolekcionirani so mese~na dinamika od litoralniot region na Ohridskoto Ezero vo neposredna blizina na vlivot na Velgo{ka Reka. Sodr`inata na rastvoreniot kislorod e odreduvana spored Winkler-oviot metod. Vkupniot fosfor e odreduvan spored metodot na Strickland i Parsons (1972). Vkupniot azot po Kjeldahl e odreduvan so Kjeldahl digestija do amowak i kako amowak se odreduva spektrofotometriski na 640 nm branova dol`ina (Strickland and Parsons 1972). Nitratite i nitritite se odreduvaat so redukciona metoda so Cd (Strickland and Parsons 1968). Analiza na kvalitativniot i kvantitativniot sostav na fitoplanktonot e vr{ena so primena na inverten mikroskop vo komori za broewe od 50 ml posle sedimentacija od 24h (Utermöhl, 1958). Sodr`inata na hlorofilot a e odreduvana spektrofotometriski spored trihromatskiot acetonski ekstrakcionen metod (Strickland and Parsons 1972). Rezultati i diskusija Vo tekot na istra`uvaniot period be{e jasno uo~livo vlijanieto na Velgo{ka Reka vrz litoralniot region vo neposredna blizina na nejziniot vliv. Ezerskata voda be{e ne~ista so natalo`en materijal od razli~no poteklo po podlogata, {to na vodata i dava{e kafeavo-sivkasta boja, a ~esto pati po povr{inata na vodata ima{e petna od masni materii. Temperaturata na vodata se dvi`e{e od 5,3 C vo fevruari 1999 godina do 24 C vo juli i avgust (Tab. 1). Koncentracijata na rastvoreniot kislorod be{e prili~no varijabilna vo tekot na istra`uvaniot period i se dvi`e{e od 7,96 mg l -1 vo mesec avgust do 15,48 mg l -1 vo fevruari 2000 godina (Tab. 1). Minimalnata koncentracija na rastvoreniot kislorod vo mesec avgust najverojatno se dol`i na intenzivnite procesi na mineralizacija na organskite materii, koi vo letniot period se zastapeni vo pogolemi koli~ini, od edna strana zaradi pointenzivniot razvoj na fitoplantonot i makrofitskata vegetacija, a od druga strana vodata od Velgo{ka Reka zaradi presu{uvaweto vo letniot period se sostoi skoro isklu~ivo od komunalni i industriski otpadni vodi. Od druga strana maksimalnata koncentracija na rastvoren kislorod vo fevruari 2000 g. se dol`i na relativno golemata gustina na fitoplanktonot ( ind. l -1 ), koja vo Tab. 1. 3 toj mesec be{e trojno pogolema vo sporedba so prethodniot, pa kako rezultat na toa, intenzivni se procesite na fotosinteza, dodeka procesite na mineralizacija se so slab intenzitet. Sodr`inata na vkupniot fosfor vo tekot na istra`uvaniot period be{e najvisoka vo periodot od mesec maj se do avgust, so maksimalna vrednost od 68,82 µg l -1 registrirana vo maj. Visoka sodr`ina na fosfor so vrednost 47,74 µg l -1 be{e registrirana i vo fevruari 1999 g, dodeka vo ostanatiot period vrednostite bea zna~itelno poniski, a minimalna sodr`ina na vkupen fosfor be{e izmerena vo mesec noemvri so vrednost od 5,3 µg l -1. Srednogodi{na sodr`ina na vkupen fosfor iznesuva{e 31,57 µg l -1, {to e za 5,74 pati pogolema vrednost od istata vo pelagijalot (Pat~eva 2001), a seto toa negativno se odrazuva kako na trofi~kiot status na ezerskata voda vo toj reon, taka i na po{irokoto podra~je, kako i na Ezeroto vo celina, bidej}i del od vaka visokata sodr`ina na fosfor vo reonot Gra{nica sekako deka mo`e da se transportira i vo pelagijalnata zona na Ohridskoto Ezero. Istra`uvawata na James i Barko (1991) poka`ale deka fosforot osloboden vo litoralnata zona mo`e da bide transportiran vo pelagijalnata zona, {to se dol`i na no}nata konvekciona cirkulacija. Vkupniot azot ima{e minimalna vrednost vo mesec mart (0,26 mg?l -1 ), a maksimalna vrednost od 2,14 mg?l -1 dostigna vo mesec maj. Vrednosti za vkupniot azot nad 1 mg?l -1 bea registrirani u{te vo juni i juli, dodeka vo ostanatiot period vrednostite bea poniski od 1 mg?l -1. Srednogodi{nata sodr`ina na vkupen azot vo ovoj reon iznesuva{e 0,8 mg?l - 1. Forsberg (1979) i Pick i Lean (1987) poka`ale deka TN/TP odnosite se poniski vo eutrofnite ezera otkolku vo mezotrofnite i oligotrofnite ezera, odnosno TN/TP odnosot opa a ako trofi~kiot status na ezeroto raste. Vo ovoj reon prose~nata godi{na vrednost na TN/TP odnosot iznesuva{e 33,4, {to spored Forsberg i Ryding (1980) uka`uva deka e prisutna fosforna limitacija na primarnata produkcija. Taa vrednost e najmala vo sporedba so site ostanati litoralni reoni vo neposredna blizina na vlivot na pogolemite pritoki vo Ohridskoto Ezero (Pat~eva 2001), a toa spored Forsberg (1979) e najava deka ovoj reon ima najvisok trofi~ki status od site ostanati istra`uvani reoni. Toa vo najgolema mera se dol`i na najvisokata fosforna sodr`ina registrirana vo ovoj region. Vo fevruari 1999 g. ovoj odnos ja dostigna najniskata vrednost od 10,24, dodeka pak vo sledniot mesec odnosot e ednakov na 16, 07, {to uka`uva na kolimitacija na fosforot i azotot. Vo site ostanati meseci odnosot e pogolem od 19, {to najavuva deka vo ovoj region fosforot e limitira~ki nutrient, no fosfornata limitacija tuka e najslaba, {to najavuva mo`nost, fosforot da ne e nutrientot koj podolgo vreme }e ja limitira produkcijata na algite. Vo takov slu~aj, so ogled na toa deka del od fosforot nema da e vgraden vo biomasata na algite, toj }e se akumulira vo vodata, {to e preduslov za eutrofikacija. Toa uka`uva deka, za da se podobri trofi~kata sostojba na reonot Gra{nica, neophodno e da se reducira vnesot na fosfor vo toj reon, preku Velgo{ka Reka, odnosno preku komunalnite i industriskite otpadni vodi vo nea. Zgolemuvaweto na fosfornoto optovaruvawe vo ezerata ~esto vodi kon promeni vo prirodata na limitira~kiot nutrient (Heo & Kim 1997). Spored istite avtori fitoplanktonskata zaednica mo`e da poka`e trajni promeni predizvikani so promeni vo nutrientnata limitacija vo tekot na eutrofikacijata. Vo reonot Gra{nica e evidentirano relativno bogato vidovo raznoobrazie na fitoplanktonskata zaednica, so vkupno 65 registrirani taksoni, koi pripa aat na slednite tipovi algi: Cyanophyta, Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta, Pyrrophyta i Euglenophyta. So najgolem broj na vidovi se zastapeni dijatomeite, a po niv sledat zelenite algi. Nekolku avtori uka`uvaat deka fitoplaktonskata raznovidnost obi~no e pogolema vo srednite trofi~ki stepeni, otkolku vo oligotrofnite i hipertrofnite (Faafeng et al. 1998). Vo najgolem period od godinata (od noemvri do maj), vo fitoplanktonot po svojata gustina dominiraa dijatomeite (Sl. 1). Vo ovoj vremenski period najgolema gustina na fitoplankton od ind. l -1 be{e registrirana vo mesec mart koga dominanten vid be{e dijatomeata Diatoma elongatum koja so~inuva{e 93,7 % od vkupnata fitoplanktonska gustina. Vakviot masoven razvoj na fitoplanktonot najverojatno e rezultat na relativno visokata fosforna sodr`ina vo prethodniot mesec, so {to se sozdadeni uslovi za masoven razvoj na ovaa silikatna alga, a od druga strana, vo ovoj mesec e registriran najnizok N/P odnos (10,24), {to uka`uva deka vo toj mesec azotot i fosforot se 309

Vidot Diatoma elongatum e karakteristi~en za ponizok trofi~ki status, no interesno e toa {to, istiot se zabele`uva i vo hipertrofni sredini (Bailey-Watts 1978; Berger & Sweers 1988; Olrik et al. 1984). Vtor, u{te pomasoven razvoj na fitoplanktonot be{e registriran vo mesec juni koga bea registrirani ind. l -1 (Sl.1). Toga{ dominanten vid be{e zelenata alga Pandorina morum, indikator na β-mezosaprobni vodi (Slade~ek 1973), koj so~inuva{e 76,5% od vkupnata fitoplanktonska gustina. Vo prethodniot mesec bea registrirani maksimalni sodr`ini na vkupen fosfor i vkupen azot, dvata najva`ni nutrienti za fitoplanktonskiot rast. Pokraj toa na po~etokot i sredinata na mesec juni ima{e obilni vrne`i od do`d {to dopolniteno ja zbogatija ezerskata voda so makro i mikronutrienti neophodni za rastot na fitoplanktonot. Vo slednite meseci gustinata na fitoplanktonot postepeno se namaluva{e, se do mesec noemvri koga be{e registrirana najmala gustina vo tekot na istra`uvaniot period so samo ind. l -1. Vo ovoj mesec sodr`inata na vkupniot fosfor be{e najmala vo tekot na istra`uvaniot period, {to u{te edna{ potvrduva deka fosforot e nutrientot {to vo najgolem del go limitira fitoplanktonskiot rast i vo litoralniot region na Ohridskoto Ezero. Vo tekot na letnite meseci, od juli do septemvri, koga temperaturata na vodata be{e najvisoka, dominacija vo fitoplanktonot ima{e vidot Peridinium cunningtonii, od tipot Pyrrophyta koj isto taka e indikator na β-mezosaprobni vodi. Vo mesec noemvri, so najgolema gustina vo fitoplanktonot be{e zastapena hrizofitata Dinobryon bavaricum, koj e indikator na oligotrofni vodi. Vo toj mesec voedno be{e registrirana najniska fosforna sodr`ina vo odnos na celiot istra`uvan period i najvisok N/P odnos, koj iznesuva{e 102,62. Toa uka`uva deka ovoj vid se javuva vo uslovi na pomala fosforna sodr`ina, a toa vo potpolnost se sovpa a so istra`uvawata na Lehman (1976), {to spored nego e rezultat na efektivniot apsorbcionen mehanizam na vidovite od rod Dinobryon za fosfati, kako i so konstatacijata na Sandgren (1988), deka brojnosta na vidovite od rodot Dinobryon se objasnuva kako kompetitivna dominantnost vo uslovi na fosforna limitacija. Karakteristi~no za fitoplanktonot vo ovoj region e prisustvoto (iako vo mal broj) na prestavnici od tipot Euglenophyta, po~esto otkolku vo ostanatite litoralni reoni (Pat~eva 2001). Nivnata gustina be{e pogolema vo mesecite avgust i noemvri. Razvojot na ovie algi vo fitoplanktonot naj~esto e registriran vo sezoni, sloevi ili ezera vo koi koncentracijata na amowakot i osobeno na rastvorenite organski materii e visoka (Wetzel 1975). Toa uka`uva na prisustvo na komunalni otpadni vodi vo ovoj reon. Sodr`inata na hlorofilot a vo ova podra~je na istra`uvawe soodvetstuva{e na gustinata na fitoplanktonot i mo`e da se koristi kako indirekna merka za kvantitetot na planktonskite algi prisutni vo vodenoto telo. Vrednosta za sodr`inata na hlorofilot a ovozmo`uva da se opredeli trofi~kiot status na vodata (Sirenko, 1988). Najgolema sodr`ina be{e registrirana vo mesec juni so vrednost 18,91 µg l -1, koga gustinata na fitoplanktonot be{e najgolema, a visoka vrednost (13,06 µg l -1 ) be{e reg- 310 Zbornik na trudovi od 2-ot Kongres na ekolozite na Makedonija

Srednogodi{nata sodr`ina na hlorofilot a vo reonot Gra{nica ima vrednost od 5,6 µg l -1, {to uka`uva deka ezerskata voda vo ovoj reon ima mezotrofen karakter (spored klasifikacijata na Wetzel 1975), kako rezultat na golemiot antropogen pritisok {to ve}e podolg vremenski period mu se zakanuva na ovoj region od Ohridskoto Ezero. Spored srednogodi{nata vrednosti na hlorofilot a i vkupniot fosfor, kako i spored maksimalnata godi{na koncentracija na hlorofilot a, a vo soglasnost so OECD (1982) fiksniot grani~en sistem na klasifikacija, vodata vo litoralniot region kade {to se vliva Velgo{ka Reka t.n. Gra{nica ima mezotrofen karakter. Site parametri koi se indikatori na trofi~kiot status na vodata (dinamikata i sostavot na fitoplanktonot, hlorofilot a, vkupniot fosfor, odnosot N/P, uka`uvaat deka ezerskata voda vo reonot Gra{nica ima najlo{ trofi~ki status vo litoralniot region na Ohridskoto Ezero kako posledica od vnesuvaweto na golemi koli~ini na industriski i komunalni otpadni vodi vo ovoj litoralen region so vodata od Velgo{ka Reka. Spored Nürnberg (1999), antropogeniot razvoj vo slivot na ezerata e odgovoren za mnogu od slu~aite na vlo{uvawe na kvalitetot na ezerskata voda. I vo ovoj slu~aj, vlo{uvaweto na kvalitetot na ezerskata voda vo reonot Gra{nica se dol`i na ~ovekovite aktivnosti vo oblastite niz koi minuva Velgo{ka Reka. So cel da se spre~i natamo{noto negativno vlijanie na Velgo{ka Reka vrz trofi~kiot status na Ezeroto neophodna e obrabotka na otpadnite vodi i nivno celosno vklu~uvawe vo kolektorskiot sistem za za{tita na ezeroto od otpadni i zagadeni vodi. Zaklu~ok Litoralniot region na Ohridskoto Ezero vo neposredna blizina na vlivot na Velgo{ka Reka t.n. Gra{nica se nao a pod zasilen antropogen pritisok, koj seriozno mu se zakanuva na trofi~kiot status na vodata vo toj reon, kako i na Ezeroto vo celina. Vo tek na istra`uvaniot period evidentirano e zna~itelno nutrientno optovaruvawe. Vo fitoplanktonskata zaednica evidentirani se vkupno 65 registrirani taksoni, koi pripa aat na slednite tipovi algi: Cyanophyta, Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Chrysophyta, Pyrrophyta i Euglenophyta. Site parametri koi se indikatori na trofi~kiot status na vodata (sostavot i dinamikata na fitoplanktonot, hlorofilot a, vkupniot fosfor, vkupniot azot, odnosot N/ P, uka`uvaat deka ezerskata voda vo reonot Gra{nica se nao a vo mezotrofna trofi~ka ssostojba, kako posledica od vnesuvaweto na golemi koli~ini na industriski i komunalni otpadni vodi vo ovoj reon so vodata od Velgo{ka Reka. So cel da se spre~i natamo{noto negativno vlijanie na ovaa pritoka vrz trofi~kiot status na Ezeroto, neophodna e obrabotka na komunalnite i industriskite otpadnite vodi i nivno celosno vklu~uvawe vo kolektorskiot sistem za za{tita na ezeroto od otpadni i zagadeni vodi, odnosno iznesuvawe nadvor od slivnoto podra~je na Ohridskoto Ezero. 311

7 TROPHIC STATE OF THE LITTORAL REGION OF LAKE OHRID INFRONT OF THE INFLOWS OF RIVER VELGOSKA PATCEVA, S., V. MITIC, M. JORDANOSKI & E. VELJANOSKA-SARAFILOSKA PSI Hydrobiological Institute Ohrid Summary With aim to determine the trophic state of the littoral region of Lake Ohrid infront of the the inflows of River Velgoska, within one year period (February February 2000) with a mountly frequency of sampling, were caried out investigations of the basic physic-chemical parameters which are indicators of the water trophic state, qualitative and quantitative composition of the phytoplankton and its constitutional part, the chlorophyll a as biological indicator of the trophic state. According to the results obtained during these investigations it was estimated that River Velgoska put the strong squeeze on littoral region infront of its inflows. All trophic parameters (phytoplankton, chlorophyll a, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, N/P ratio) indicated that water of the littoral region of Lake Ohrid infront of the the inflows of River Velgoska is in mesotrophic state, in the first place as consequence of the negative influence of industrial and communal waste waters in this tributary. In order to obstruct further negative influence of this tributary on trophic state of Lake Ohrid, it is necessary completely inclusion of waste waters in the sewerage system, respectively take outside of the watershed of Lake Ohrid. 313
