But since 2007, in collaboration with an established local agency but using our experienced IFMGA mountain guides, HELI- GUIDES AG is pleased to be able to offer a package to what must surely be one of the most fascinating heliski terrains in the world. This is a land of huge mountains rising to 4750m with pristine snowfields, more than 400 glaciers, nearly 200 volcanoes 29 of which are active, bubbling thermal springs, and stunning rock formations. And for us of course it offers tremendous descents with vertical drops of up to and over 2000m straight down to the beaches of the Pacific. When you have finished your run you can sit and watch the sea otters and the seals in the ocean. Thanks to our Know How and knowledge of the area, we can offering a perfect process and a maximum of flexibility and individuality. Our highly experienced IFMGA guides will select the best descents according to the snow conditions and ability. Putting safety first, their goal is to help you fulfill your dreams and expectations. Snow conditions: Kamchatka with its location between the Okhotsk Sea to the east and the North Pacific (Bering street) in the west guarantees abundant amounts of new powder snow. Thanks to it you will find mostly perfect snow condition from Mid of March till mid of May. Group size: For all activities in the Kamchatka mountain s, our maximum is 6 persons per IFGMA mountain guide. This gives us a high degree of flexibility and allows us to try to meet all individual requirements. We operate with a Mi 8 helicopter which take two groups of 6 participants. Hotel Antarius ***: Antarius*** hotel is situated in a quiet location with breathtaking views of the volcanoes Koriakskiy (3456 m) and Avachinskiy (2700 m). The rooms are nicely decorated with bathrooms, and Wi-Fi option. The hotel also has a large Spa.

The next day we fly at 4.00 p.m. from Moscow to Petropavlovsk about 8-9 hours. Sunday: Arrival time a.m. in Petropavlovsk. Safety briefing and if weather allow Heliski or alternative programs (skiing in the ski resort, sightseeing, snowmobiling, skiing...). We have a flexible program and can therefore respond each day to the weather-, avalanche- and snow conditions. Monday - Saturday: There is daily depending on weather conditions, the possibility for Heliskiing or alternative programs (skiing in the ski resort, sightseeing, snowmobiling, skiing...) Sunday: Individual journey home (for the trip home it takes you thanks to the time difference only 1 day - means for example departure in Petropavlovsk on Sunday arriving in Europe on Sunday) Additional helicopter flight hours in a group of 6 participants: If groups exceed the 8 hours flying time included in the package, extra flying is charged at the rate of approx. Euro 450,00 per person and per hour. This assumes that the helicopter is carrying 12 participants. Refound helicopter flight hours: If due to bad weather conditions a group is unable to use the flying time included in the package, we refund approx. 400 euro/h/person. No refund will done, in case of illness, accident, deficiency of physical shape lack of condition, bad skiing level, late arrival and breaks during the skiing days. Helicopter: MI 8 Helicopter

3 Requirements: You will need to be a safe off-piste skier in all conditions, and fit enough to cope skiing off-piste 7,000 vertical meters a day.
