Regulation 26/58 as amended by B. C. Regulation 234/59, be further amended as follows:- 1. By striking out subsection (3) of Section and substituting the following:- "(3) The applicant for a permit under this section shall pay a fee in accordance with Schedules 4 and 5 in respect of each permit issued, except that no fee shall be payable in respect of permits issued to authorize the occasional operation of logging-trucks of excessive length when carrying boom-sticks, and except that the fee chargeable for a permit for an oversize trailer which is operated for touring purposes only, shall be two dollars." 2.
