3 PRICE LIST EURO 2014 THIS END CUSTOMER PRICE LIST CANCELS AND REPLACES ANY PREVIOUS QUOTATION. PRODUCT S FEATURE All models have completely removable covering (except Victoria arm-chair Talete, Diamante and Boomerang) also if covered with leather. The sofa without fabrics appears covered with a light velvet. PRICES The prices are Euro, Vat excluded. PRICE COMPUTATION On the first line is quoted the price of the element in any single category covering. For a second quoted spare cover take contact with firm office. VERSION WITH BED includes mechanism with spring mattress, except different note. Please note that the firm denies any responsibility for damages to its sofas-bed due to the use of mattresses not provided by the firm itself. It is possible to leave inside only a very small thickness sheet. Leaving in blankets, quilt or cushion causes damages to mechanism since levers have being strongly pressed, given to an increase in thickness contained inside. We also advice not to close the mechanism leaving a cover or a quilt on the mattress (only a sheet is allowed).the mechanism has to be opened using the instructions given together with the sofa-bed. CHANGES Possible modifications in the materials or in the design of the models can be made by the firm also without notice. The measurements in centimetres refer to the total volume of the products including the protuberant. For orders relating to sofas outside standard measurements, increase the list price by 20% Fabrics Near the category "client s fabric" the measurements are specified in metres for fabrics in solid colours h.140 cm. Fabrics have to be returned to the firm free any charge. Any fabric delivered under different conditions will not be accepted. For technical reasons beyond our control, shade and colour differences could exist between the fabric or the leather samples and the end article. For Alcantara covering please contact our offices. RETURNED GOODS Returned goods are not accepted without previous written authorisation. In any case they will be sent back to our office free of any charge. The goods that will be returned without a specific claim and that exceptionally will be accepted, will be valued at the "client s fabric" price less the cost of labour. DELIVERY The sofas will be delivered carriage free packed in cellophane. The delivery dates shown on the order confirmation are purely indicative and are not binding; therefore we will not accept any claim for possible delays. Any complaints must be forwarded within eight days after receipt of the goods, otherwise any claims cannot be accepted. After this deadline Pozzi snc shall be entitled to refuse any and all claims. The firm has the right to suspend supply whenever the economic conditions of the buyer result such as put in obvious doubt the attainment of payments. In the event of delayed payments or the lack of punctual payments on the agreed due dates, the firm has the right to ask for the immediate payment of the outstanding amount.
