The envelope containing the quotations should be super scribed as Supply of conditioning Equipments and should reach in the office of the Principal on by 3 p.m. Quotations received after the specified date and time will not be accepted. The quotations will be opened on.05.0 at a.m in the presence of the tenderer or their authorized representatives, if any who will be present at that time.
