The centerpiece of the ranch is a beautiful 1892 Queen Anne Victorian Mansion. The estate was the longtime residence of the City s founder, Adolfo Camarillo and his family. Upon arrival you will be given a guided tour of this registered historic landmark which has been fully restored to 1930 s splendor. You ll have a chance to stroll through the beautifully manicured gardens which are filled with plants from around the world. Numerous thematic gardens range from butterfly garden to a formal Victorian garden. As the tour concludes, you ll start to smell the smoky fragrance of the authentic Santa Maria BBQ lunch being prepared especially for you. This regional culinary tradition rooted in the Santa Maria Valley on the Central California Coast. Lunch will be served in the rustic red barn.
