1 We are pleased to share our vacation and recreation opportunities. This is not a complete list, as we hope to hear from many of you with your vacation desires. We have attempted to keep the cost as low as possible, however prices are subject to change until payment for air fares or cruise has been paid. Vacation Opportunities Date Activity Description Cost February 8, Valentine s Day Dance Babcock Presbyterian Church 8240 Loch Raven Blvd. 7pm-10pm $5.00 February 10, Ski Trip March 4-8, Orioles Departure time is 8:00am Arrive at Ski Round Top, meet with your private instructors for a 3 hour session. Ski rentals, instructions, transportation, lunch are included for this day of fun. Return to Baltimore 4:00 pm. Get a head start on summer. Join us for a ride to Ft. Lauderdale to see the Orioles in their spring training. Day 1 Departure time 8:30 am. Direct flight to Ft. Lauderdale. Welcome to Holiday Inn, at Lauderdale By the Sea. Perhaps take time for a dip in the pool. Day 2 Enjoy The Orioles against the Marlins, get some autographs. Day 3.The beach is just outside your door so you can start your day with walking along the beach as the sun rises. Visit the quaint town of Ft. Lauderdale, walk along Rt1A, visit shops, stop in at the famous Elbow Room Day 4 Enjoy The Orioles beat The Boston Red Sox today. OK we can hope! Day 5 Return to Baltimore with fond memories at 12 noon. $ $1,

2 March 24-27, Smokey Mountains Day 1 Meet at Carney Park & Ride at 7:30 am Welcome Aboard, Enjoy the scenery of the great Smokey Mountains. Enjoy a delicious dinner & deluxe allstar suite. Day 2-3 After enjoying breakfast enjoy Blackwood s Breakfast Variety Show, American Juke Box Theatre (stroll back to the 50 s), Smith Family Theatre, and Comedy Barn Theatre. Day 4 After a deluxe continental breakfast settle back for a relaxing, handclapping, toe-tapping good time- ride home. Return to Carney Park Ride at 7pm April 11, Dance LOCATION TO BE ANNOUNCED $5.00 $ April 12, DC Cherry Blossom Parade Meet your group at 7:30 am for a day filled with excitement in Washington DC. You will have your grand stand seat for the Cherry Blossom Parade. This marks the 96 th celebration of the gift of 3,000 Cherry Trees from the city of Tokyo to the people of Washington DC in Come and Enjoy the spirit of the season. $90.00 May 5-9, Cont. May 5-9, Ocean City Day 1 Meet your group at 11:00 for a fun filled 5 days in Ocean City Maryland am. Welcome to your luxury condo at The Carrousel Hotel. Take a dip in the indoor pool. Day 2 Take a stroll along the beach as the sun rises or sleep a little longer and enjoy breakfast on your private balcony. Walk along the boardwalk stopping in the shops; go on some rides, have and ice cream Day 3 It is a day filled with adventure. Play some mini golfing, visit Rehoboth Delaware and in the evening, enjoy a fine dinner at Phillips Seafood. Day 4 Enjoy another beautiful day in Ocean City. Visit Assateague Island. See the wild ponies. Top off your vacation with a sunset cruise. $

3 June 7, New York City Tour June 10, Atlantic City Cruise and show August 11-15, September 13-18, Club Venture Cruise Day 5 It s time to pack up and return to Baltimore at 3:00 pm Meet your group at 7:00 am for a day filled with excitement in the Big Apple. See Times Square in all its glory then hope on your tour bus toward China Town, Greenwich Village, World Trade Center Site and much more. Return to Baltimore at 10:30 pm Meet your group at Carney Park and Ride at 7:30 am. Come aboard Cruisin 1 for a narrated cruise along the ocean front skyline of Atlantic City. The afternoon takes you to Tropicana Casino and Resort, where you will receive a ticket to a show. Return to Carney Park & Ride at 9:15pm Day 1 You will be meeting up with old friends this morning for a fun filled week to be spent along the shores of the Susquehanna River. Your deluxe coach will depart from Baltimore at 9:30. Upon arrival, get settled in to your cabin and let the fun begin. You will enjoy a delicious lunch catered by the chefs at North Bay. The evening entertainment will surely tickle your funny bone. Day 2 Your camp counselor will assist you (if you choose) to select your top activities. Just show up and let the good times roll. In the evening, enjoy your highly anticipated variety show. Day 3 All you need do is follow your dreams. Wether you would like to spend some time on the water or take in some of the gambling sites. Day 4 The day is filled with celebration! You will share your last full day making memories happen with your friends, celebrating the warmth of the sun while swimming or daring yourself to try the zip line. Day 5 After enjoying your last breakfast at NorthBay, take time to have 1 more stroll around the campus, or chat with your friends. We will be Baltimore bound and arrive at approximately 12:00 noon. All Aboard!!!!! A cruisin we will go Meet your group at 1:30 pm Board the beautiful, Grandeur of the Seas. Here are some ideas of things you can do while cruising to BERMUDA ; swimming, spa, 8 lounges, rock climbing, miniature golf, shows nightly. Once in Bermuda, you may select to travel around the island. $ $ $ $

4 October 31, Don t forget your passport! Return to Baltimore docks at 7:45 am. Halloween Dance LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED $5.00 ***10/26/08-10/29/08 November 3, ***11/13/08-11/22/08 Memphis Atlantic City Elvis Show Disney/ Orlando Meet your group at BWI Airport at 10:00 am for your direct flight to Memphis Tennessee. Day 1 Arrive mid-afternoon, settle into hotel and get ready to listen to and dance to the blues on the world famous Beale Street, birth place of the blues. Day 2 Explore the history and tradition of the Mississippi River at Mud Island. Tour the Rock and Soul Museum featuring historic instruments and events describing the progression of the blues. Day 3 Learn about Martin Luther King and our nation s cultural journey at the National Rights Museum. Head down to watch the famous Peabody Ducks parade through the grand hotel. Day 4 Top off the amazing city tour with a visit to Sun Studios, and see where Elvis recorded his first album. At Graceland tour the mansion and board Elvis private plane The Lisa Marie. Day 5 Departure 12:00 noon departure to BWI. Note: Search Beyond Adventures is your host for this trip. All arrangements will be made in conjunction with The Arc of Baltimore. Meet your group at Carney Park & Ride at 9:00 am. Elvis to the Max is Back at the Tropicana Showroom and Resort. Enjoy an energetic Vegas style show that has entertained audiences around the world. Return to Carney Park & Ride at 9:15 pm. Day 1 Meet late afternoon in Baltimore and travel toward Florida. Evening stop over. Day 2 Continue your ride towards Florida. Both groups (Midwest and Northeast) $ $ $

5 December 12, meet and rest overnight in Calhoun, GA tonight. Day 3 After your long drive, you will be welcomed to our beautiful Orlando condos. Enjoy a relaxing dinner and perhaps a dip in our pool or hot tub! Day 4 All day at Universal Studios. Meet King Kong. Watch out for Jaws. See the 3-D Terminator. Learn how movies are made. Day 5 All day at Magic Kingdom. Watch the parades, shop, and get excited on the adventurous rides! Of course, you have to meet Mickey or Minnie, too! Day 6 So much walking at theme parks, now it's time to rest! Head to the beach for sunbathing or swimming. Then return for an adventurous dinner show. Day 7 We'll choose another Disney World park: either EPCOT, or MGM Studios, or Animal Kingdom. Last chance for souvenir shopping! Day 8 Say good-bye to some of your new friends flying home, as you begin the ride north. Overnight in Calhoun, GA tonight. Day 9 If you are returning to the Midwest you rest overnight in Merrilleville, IN tonight. OR, if you are on the bus to Boston, ride to Hagerstown, MD for an overnight rest. Day 10 Finish the bus ride back to the Midwest (BUS 1) or Northeast (BUS 2), arriving Minneapolis and Boston about 6 pm, or other points en route earlier. Dance LOCATION TO BE DETERMINED $8.00 December 13, New York Meet your group at 7:00 am to begin this adventure to the magic of New York. Celebrate the coming of the season by seeing the show that has captured the world. The Christmas Spectacular Show is something for everyone. Return to Baltimore at 10:30 pm $
