Martha Bakes new season January 9 DEANNE HAMILTON Executive Director and General Manager, KBTC In Season 11, Martha focuses on one ingredient including stone fruit, almonds, ginger, and her all-time favorite lemons! America's Test Kitchen new season January 7 Bridget Lancaster and Julia Collin Davison head into the test kitchen to bring more foolproof recipes to the home cook. The perfect cake, Chinese favorites, and chocolate delights are all in store. Washington Grown new season January 5 From the field to the plate and everything in between Washington Grown will highlight the amazing food scene and industry that makes Washington state a great place to enjoy literally hundreds of locally grown items. Be sure to look for brand new episodes from Jamie s Quick and Easy Food, Joanne Weir s Plates and Places and the brand new hour-long documentary series, Confucius Was a Foodie, with celebrity chef Christine Cushing (see page 6 for details).
