The purpose of the RRC is to carry out in-depth analysis on the complications involved in The Good and Simple Tax in lush green environment with Inflow of Knowledge and Outflow of Ideas with eminent & versatile personalities in the field of Indirect Tax. To share and enrich the members knowledge, papers covering recent issues in GST law have been selected to be discussed at the RRC. The Discussion Papers selected are significant from the perspective of complexities involved in determining GST liability as well as compliance of the GST law. The Burning issues involved in Composite and Mixed Supply along with Place of Supply are sought be discussed. There would be Group Discussions on the issues given by the Paper Writer. The Group Leaders and Mentors in each group will lead the discussion and report the views of the group which would also be clarified by the Paper Writer and Chairman. Apart from the Brains Trust Session, there will also be a Presentation Paper on Budget Amendments related to GST and Panel Discussion on Issues in Input Tax Credit which would cover the recent and important issues. Along with studies it is planned to visit various tourist places in like Bannerghatta National Park with Safari excursion and Art of Living International Centre (for all delegates) and Iskcon Temple, Palace etc (for the ladies and children) which will rejuvenate the participants. The Safari includes separate sections for herbivores e.g. spotted deers and carnivores as bears, lions, white tigers and Bengal tigers. 1
