The AOPA Fly-Ins provide general aviation manufacturers, retailers, associations, academia, and related organizations an opportunity to meet face-to-face with thousands of core, target market aviation enthusiasts. These grassroots gatherings provide an easy and effective means to reach fresh, new markets of active pilots, non-current pilots, and those seeking to become pilots. AOPA Fly-In attendees are eager to engage they show up ready to learn, join, and buy! The AOPA Fly-In proved to be one of the best expos we attended all year. I wish all of the shows we do were this productive, convenient, and cost effective. 77 % of attendees picked up literature from an exhibitor The amount of customer traffic and interaction during the AOPA Fly-Ins have exceeded our wildest expectations! 67 % of attendees engaged in helpful conversation with an exhibitor We were busy the entire time and picked up a lot of old and new members. Demonstration aircraft are located in a separate area from the Static Aircraft Display. Exhibitors are required to escort qualified buyers to aircraft for flights. Static Aircraft Display aircraft cannot be used as demonstration aircraft. Mobile Display Unit: GA manufacturer, retail, or services-related mobile display/sales truck or trailer, located on the border of the Static Aircraft Display area. Includes single 115v, 15amp power connection. Friday arrival required. $1,300 $700 Non-Profit, Government, Academic* Furniture Set Rental: $100 Patio-style furniture set includes round table, umbrella, and four chairs Exhibiting company name listed in event program (for registrations received at least two weeks prior to respective event) Aircraft Arrival: Friday (day before event) Static Aircraft Display Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm before 8:00am 9:00am to 4:00pm Aircraft Departure: beginning at 4:00pm Departure prior to 4:00pm will not be permitted Aircraft Placement: The Static Aircraft Display is built as aircraft arrive. Therefore, the actual placement of aircraft to be included in the Static Aircraft Display will not be known prior to arrival. Multiple aircraft from a single exhibitor intended to be grouped together must arrive at the same time. Static Aircraft Display requirements: Booth furnishings, displays, demo equipment, etc. must fit reasonably within the lateral confines of the aircraft footprint and may not interfere with adjacent display spaces Sounds may not be louder than a conversational level Displays may not be sublet or shared Aircraft Power Connection: $ v, 15amp connection one aircraft per connection, Friday arrival required Each Static Aircraft Display includes: Aircraft placed in a prime, show center area, separate from attendee aircraft Exhibiting company name and web link listed on AOPA website event page (for registrations received at least one week prior to respective event) * To qualify for the Non-Profit, Government, Academic exhibit rates, proof of tax-exempt status may be required. 4

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION Material Handling Exhibitors are responsible for bringing or shipping their own exhibition materials to and from the event.

For exhibitors choosing to ship materials to and/or from the event, on-site material handling services are available, to include: Pre-event material receiving and holding Delivery of materials to

Unlike traditional tradeshows and conventions, a general services contractor is not utilized at the AOPA Fly-Ins. Therefore, no shipping services will be available prior to, or during the event. For exhibitors choosing to ship materials to and/or from the event, on-site material handling services are available, to include: Pre-event material receiving and holding Delivery of materials to exhibit booth Pick-up of materials from exhibit booth after close of show Post-event material holding for pick-up Material Handling Fees: $195 Per pallet $95 Per loose shipment (one loose shipment equals a pallet-sized amount of cases, boxes, etc.) The fine print All exhibitors will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance, to include entities to be named additional insured, as required per each respective event. All cancellations are required to be made in writing for any applicable refund to be processed. A 25% cancellation fee will apply per Exhibit Hall booth and/or Static Aircraft Display received 30 days or more prior to the respective event. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received within 30 days of the respective event. 5
