3 Overview of the Nanjing Center The Nanjing Center is an initiative approved by the AmCham Shanghai Board of Governors in January The goal of the Center is to promote the interests of U.S. business in Nanjing and is managed by the American Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai Yangtze River Delta Network. The Center supports U.S. businesses by running programs and events that provide business information, relationship building opportunities and policy advocacy. The Center is supported by a Nanjing Center Advisory Council. The Nanjing Center Advisory Council is comprised of volunteer members from U.S. businesses in Nanjing. The Council provides guidance for the development of programs and services for the U.S. business community in Nanjing.

13 Nanjing Government Dialogue & Dinner December - Nanjing Government Dialogue & Dinner The Nanjing Government Dinner provides a great opportunity for the U.S. business community to get together and celebrate what has been achieved throughout the past year. The dinner event provides great opportunities to meet senior officials from the U.S Consulate General in Shanghai and Nanjing Municipal Government and network with fellow general managers.

14 Chairman s Breakfast The Chairman's Breakfast is an invitation only program, and serves as a platform for general managers, managing directors, and vice presidents of companies in Nanjing to network and discuss pertinent business issues. It generally takes place on the Wednesday mornings of each month from 7:30-9:00, with light breakfast, followed by a 30 minutes of presentation and 30 minutes of discussion.

16 Leadership Development Forum Leadership Development Forum (Spring and Fall) Targets U.S. company employees currently in supervisor to newly promoted manager level roles (work experience between years) Provides a platform to grow management and leadership skills in a larger group Each company eligible for 5 seats per season.

18 International Women s Leadership Forum Held once every 1-2 months on Friday Offers senior female executives in the international business community opportunities to connect with peers in the Nanjing community and broaden business experience across industries and cultures. Events occur on a monthly basis and are jointly organized with the European Chamber of Commerce in Nanjing and the German Chamber of Commerce in China.
