Our warehouse facilities are ideally located close to Melbourne s growth corridors. In that time we have built strong and sustained working relationships successfully servicing Melbourne, regional Victoria, the Australian Capital Territory and parts of New South Wales. Melbourne s extensive undercover warehousing facilities enable the team to service the entire eastern seaboard. Our Melbourne sales team services an extremely diverse marketplace. We have specialised representatives that focus entirely on the demand requirements generated from Timber Merchants, Truss and Frame Manufactures and DIY Retailers. Additionally, we have experienced sales personnel servicing manufacturing industries such as, Furniture, Stair and Window Joinery, Boat and Caravan Building etc. Proudly, we have been able to service some of our foundation clients for well over three generations, a service record that we don t treat lightly. In a relatively short space of time, our Adelaide distribution centre has grown to become a preferred business partner with successful timber & hardware merchants, the truss and frame industry and many allied wood product manufactures. Our sales team thrives on exceeding customer expectations, with their drive and enthusiasm to excel, Mortim Adelaide has steadily expanded its customer base and supplier network. From our well placed location, the Adelaide team is able to efficiently service metropolitan clients, as well as all regional centres such as, Mt Gambier, Port Lincoln

4 and other remote locations. In more recent times, we have also elevated our trading activity in the Northern Territory and Western Australia. These locations are now much easier to access with improved and competitive rail freight services that link these communities.

5 what's new Mortim Australia is pleased to be appointed Sole Distributor in South Australia and a Key Distributor in Victoria for the exciting range of Engineered Wood Products ( EWP ) now being produced by Wesbeam. The private Western Australian producer has invested some A$87 million to manufacture LVL and related EWP s. The range will be distributed from both our Adelaide and Melbourne operations. Initially, the E-beam LVL product will be the first of many new and sophisticated LVL based products to emerge from the world class manufacturing facility. It is expected that a full range of EWP s such as I Joists, roof purlin, battens and a host of clever engineered building solutions will arrive on the scene in the not too distant future. With the addition of the Wesbeam range into our product mix, our sales team is extremely excited by the challenge of trading these products into the marketplace. Along with our extensive range of LOSP treated primed structural products, Mortim is now well placed to service the demands of Australia s building community. These products all represent the smart initiatives being undertaken by our key suppliers that value, and invest heavily into manufacturing from sustainable forests and plantation resources.
