1 2011 Global Map of Exhibitions s December In the year of 2011, 1197 fair centers (with the least 5000 sq.. of exhibition covered space area) identified and in total, all the exhibition centers covered spaces were 32/6 million sq..) Europe and northern, and then Asia have the most capacity for exhibition centers. Each one has in total 48%, 24%, and 20% respectively. The size of the exhibition center is different in any regions. Out of 55 exhibition centers, 36 centers in Europe, and 12 centers in Asia and each, respectively, have sq.. and they are of more covered ones. Five countries of USA of, China, Germany, Italia, and France, in total have 59% of covered exhibition space. Since 2006, exhibition space has annually had 2/3 % growth in average. From the year 2006 to 2011 the amount of exhibition space 3.4 million sq. have had increment. This added space of 54% is relating to the new centers and the remaining 46% is relative to the expansion of the existing exhibition centers. All the regions, except Africa where one of its big exhibitions has closed, have considerably increased their capacities. Especially in the region of Asia/Pacific (+38%) and the Middle East (+16%), one of the important modifications, the 2% replacement of the global the market share of Europe and Northern to Spain/ Pacific is (+4%). From the year of 2006 to 2011, 15 countries have increased their exhibition-covered spaces to at the east sq. m. China overtakes the 46% of exhibition capacity in the world and 69% of the capacity increment of China exhibition related to New Exhibition s. Conclusion The exhibition space is growing as such and this proves the potentiality of exhibition industry. However, the general theme of exhibition space development from 2006 to 2011 (every year averagely 2/3%) is lower than the foreseen amount in the year of 2007 (that equals to 3/1%) The exhibition spaces development is the result the different factors: the increment of the exhibition space is often at the result of the interior and international intensive competitions.
