2 C O M PA N Y Russian Event is a private company operating since 1997, with sole ownership and no credits received or outside investors involved. Owner is Mrs. Valeria Gorbokon. Russian Event is the trading name and operations arm for the Swiss based company Motive Vision AG. Main office is located in St Petersburg, Russia. Financial office is located in Lucern, Switzerland. We have a base in Moscow with full-time operational staff. Russian Event holds M&IT Silver Award 2004, SITE Crystal Award 2009, BI Partners in Success Awards 2009 & 2011 as Most Creative Partner and 2012 as Best CSR Contribution.

Russian Event carries AIG Russia insurance liability insurance USD commercial general liability USD employer s liability USD Russian Event has valid Health & Safety policy, Risk Assessment policy and Crisis Management Policy. All transportation companies used by Russian Event carry Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability insurance, Fully Comprehensive Insurance and Passenger insurance.

Russian Event operates projects in Moscow & St Petersburg with own staff. In other cities of Russia we have direct contracts with local suppliers and hire project staff. We have a number of annual regional projects when we provide full logistics accommodation, transportation, delegate management. Russian Event team has personally visited all cities of World Cup 2018.
