Minutes were accepted as read. Motion carried. The next regular monthly meeting will be held at 11:30 am on Thursday, January 20, 2010 location to be determined. Atlantic BB- Len Hillegas (not represented) 1. Strank Bridge relocate, received final design and waiting for Verizon to set poles & anchors project SR th Street Bridge rehab, 4181 sent our and plans to relocate for construction. 3. Replacing 1924 of direct buried underground coax on Welsh Valley Road. 4. Our current website has expired 5. New website can be viewed at

2 Cambria Emergency Management Services (not represented) Brian Feist leaving Cambria County Ron Springer named as replacement. Conemaugh Twp. Municipal Auth. (not represented) 1. Tire Hill Phase II Project-Work continues with this project in our water service area. Construction has gone very well. Work expected to be completed in Spring CTMA field crew installing approx. 1,100 L.F. of new 2 SDR-21 waterline along Treasure Lane near Ideal. Work is scheduled to be completed by the end of October, Blough Waterline Project-Spring 2010 construction (installation of new 8 and 6 water mains to serve the community of Blough, Quemahoning Twp., Somerset Co.). Proposed to bid project Dec. 2009/Jan More updates to follow. EADS ( not represented) 1. Pegasus Sewer Auth.-overlaying streets 2. Bid for 110,000 sanitary sewers-frankstown Rd., Roberts Rd., Fulmer Rd. 3. Dale Construction-complete-overlaying streets 4. Messenger and Goldie St.-storm water replacement Forest Hill/AdamsTwp. Municipal Auth.-not represented 1. Cedar St. Bridge replacement in Beaverdale, Summerhill Twp. Bidding scheduled for Oct., 2010, construction in 2011,50-50 cost share PA DOT/FHMA. 2. The draft of the update of the Act 537 Plans for Adams, Summerhill and Croyle Twps is completed and ready for review by PA DEP. 3. The CCRA and FHMA are planning to construct a sewer extension on Howard Ave. in Beaverdale (under design). 4. Oakridge Drive. Construction underway. Sewer complete.

3 HF Lenz-Pete Hohrun 1. Lower Yoder-Goucher St. Sheetz-under construction. Anticipate opening by Christmas. 2. Goucher St.-Wheel and Walkway project will be proceeding. Information will be sent out to utilities in the next week or so. Waiting PA DOT review. New business Fire training facility at Cambria Iron Works. Out for bids, Construction to begin December 1 st. (excavation complete) Highland Sewer/Water (not represented) RDM/GJ Water Auth-Jeffrey Smith (not represented) 1. Strank Bridge-final design 2. New Sheetz project-complete 3. Install pump station-wild Rd- waiting on permit from DEP Jtn. Redevelopment Authority-not represented 1. Sanitary Sewer overflows-repairs municipalities have to televise sewer lines and repair as needed over the next 2 weeks.
