10 Travel Insurance Not Mandatory, but highly recommended One option is to use Kaleidoscope Travel Insurance includes the Cancel for any Reason Benefit covers 75% of the non refundable trip cost. Cancellation must be 2 or more days prior to scheduled departure $37.50 $61.50 additional per person. Parents may get their own Travel insurance 10

17 Other Notes Passports Valid six months beyond return Make three copies, one kept at home, one with the student, and one delivered to us If you are below 18 and for any reason cannot present passport,you need birth certificates.
