REGISTRATION OF EXHIBITORS Exhibitors and assembly companies must register at the Registration Centre upon arrival. The centre is located in the D Pavilion (see No. 13 on the map), on the left side behind the entrance gate to the Exhibition Grounds the entrance from the Goja Music Hall (see No. 12 on the map). The registration takes place on following days: Monday Feb. 12th, :00 AM 4:00 PM Tuesday Feb. 13th, :00 AM 4:00 PM Wednesday Feb. 14th, :00 AM 6:00 PM Thursday Feb. 15th, :00 AM 9:00 AM All exhibitors must be registered by February 15th, 2018, 9 AM at the latest. All invoices must be paid before the event! Only if all payments are done and received, you will be provided with the following when you register: assembly passes valid for assembly and disassembly times

4 exhibitor s and personal s passes valid for the duration of the fair according to the stand size (1 free exhibitor badge per every four (4) square meters of the hired exhibition space) ordered parking cards allowing the holders to park in the upper part of the Exhibition Grounds for the entire duration of the fair; only a limited number of additional cards may be ordered on site assembly and disassembly parking cards invitations for gala reception No person will be allowed to enter the exhibition area without an exhibitor or assembly badge. 2. PAYMENTS OF INVOICES, ADDITIONAL ORDERS In case you paid some of the invoices less than 14 days before the start of the assembly, please bring with you copies of documents (account statement, not the payment order) proving the payment. If a different company than yours is assembling your stand, this company must also show copies of these documents when they register. If the payment was not credited to our account, and the exhibitor is unable to provide the documents specified above, he will not be allowed to assemble his stand. All services that had been ordered and invoiced in advance must be paid by the due date before the start of the assembly. Additional orders made at the Exhibition Grounds must be paid in cash or by card at the cash counter in the Registration Centre from Feb. 12th Feb. 15th, For conversion to CZK we use the exchange list of CNB. In case of interest please contact us at holidayworld@holidayworld.cz. Please note: Assembly companies are strictly prohibited from cutting and sanding chipboard and similar materials in the halls without using a dust collection system. 4. STAND DISASSEMBLY Sunday Feb. 18th, :00 PM 00:00 Monday Feb. 19th, :00 8 AM (Please inform your assembly companies that nobody will be allowed to enter the Industrial Palace based on their assembly pass until 5 PM and that disassembly will only be allowed after 5 PM)

5 We would like to ask all exhibitors whose stands are provided by INCHEBA EXPO PRAHA, spol. s r.o. to remove their equipment and exhibits from the stands on Sunday Feb. 18th by 7 PM at the latest so that we can disassemble the stands. In exceptional cases, if you need to extend the disassembly time, please contact us at holidayworld@holidayworld.cz. 5. Stands with hired space over 100 sq. m are allowed to 25 free exhibitor badges. Also, each registered co-exhibitor is allowed to 1 free exhibitor badge. Badges are valid during Build-up, Break-down and the exhibition itself (i.e. from February 12nd, 2018 to February 18th, 2018) and can be marked with the exhibitor's name only or with title, name, surname and position too. All badges ordered over free limit will be invoiced EUR 10/pc (excl. VAT). To receive your Exhibitor badges, it is important to complete order form Exhibitor Badges at till January 15th, Exhibitor badges will be prepared and available in the Registration office. Do not forget to collect your Exhibitor Badges before the event opens or you will have problems entering the fair. 5.5 STAFF BADGES In order to distinguish representatives of exhibiting companies from the hired staff, staff badges are used (hostesses, translators, services etc.). These badges can be marked with the exhibitor's name only or with title, name, surname and position too.

6 If you do not use the free amount of exhibitor badges, you can the rest use for ordering of free staff badges. All badges ordered over free limit will be invoiced EUR 10/pc (excl. VAT). To receive your staff badges, it is important to complete order form Staff Badges at till January 15th, Staff badges will be prepared and available in the Registration office. 5.6 ASSEMBLY BADGES Throughout the build-up and break-down periods of the fair, all suppliers and employees who will not be taking part in the fair itself are required to wear a build-up/break-down pass. Without this permission, no one will be admitted into the pavilions. Exhibitors are allowed to the entrance to exhibition halls with exhibitor badges, which are valid during Build-up, Break-down and the fair itself (i.e. from February 12th, 2018 to February 18th, 2018). These badges are available to the main stand holders in a quantity of 2 pieces, stands over 100 square meters in a quantity of 4 pieces. Additional Assembly badges can be ordered for EUR 55/pc (excl. VAT). To receive your assembly badges, it is important to complete order form Assembly Badges at till January 15th, Assembly badges will be prepared and available in the Registration office. 5.7 PARKING During the exhibition (Feb. 12th Feb. 18th, 2018), cars are allowed to park at the Exhibition Grounds by the Industrial Palace. The parking card costs EUR 65 / car (excl. VAT). The holders of parking card are allowed to leave the exhibition area by upper exit gate. To receive your parking cards, it is important to complete order form Parking at till January 15th, Exhibitors will receive ordered parking cards at the registration, where they will also have the opportunity to purchase additional parking cards (limited amount) and pay by cash or by card. Other parking possibilities at the Exhibition Grounds are located in the lower part of the premises parking fee: CZK 40 / hour. VEHICLE ENTRANCE PERMITS ASSEMBLY During assembly times on Feb. 12th, Feb. 13th and Feb. 14th 2018, the exhibitor or a person authorized by the exhibitor may transport their materials to and from the Exhibition Grounds by cars or lorries as follows: the parking card (valid from Feb. 12th Feb. 18th, 2018) allows one car or lorry to park within the Exhibition Grounds all day. assembly companies and exhibitors will be allowed to enter for free on the basis of an assembly parking card, which you will receive when you register. The parking card is valid for the entire duration of assembly and allows repeated entry to / exit from the Exhibition Grounds during assembly. Please keep the assembly parking card with you throughout the entire assembly time. DURING THE FAIR Parking card holders are entitled to unlimited entry and parking within the Exhibition Grounds by the Industrial Palace. Other parking possibilities at the Exhibition Grounds are located in the lower part of the area parking fee: CZK 40 / hour. The entrance of passenger cars and vans in order to deliver materials and goods to your stands is possible from 8.30 AM to 9.30 AM and from 6.00 PM to 7.00 PM. Parking is for 40 minutes free! DISASSEMBLY During disassembly times on Feb. 18th Feb. 19th, 2018, the exhibitors or persons authorized by the exhibitors are allowed to transport their materials to and from the Exhibition Grounds by cars or lorries as follows: the parking card (valid from Feb. 12th Feb. 18th, 2018) allows one car or lorry to park within the Exhibition Grounds all day.

7 assembly companies and exhibitors will be allowed to enter for free on the basis of a disassembly parking card, which you will receive when you register; the parking card is valid for the entire duration of disassembly and allows repeated entry to / exit from the Exhibition Grounds during disassembly; please keep the disassembly parking card with you throughout the entire disassembly time. Please note: be so kind and inform your assembly companies of these rules!!! 5.8 TICKET VOUCHER If you wish to invite business partners to HOLIDAY WORLD, we will send you the link where you can download a free ticket. THE FILLED-IN NUMBER OF LINKS (name, surname, company, ) WILL BE CONSIDERED AS APPLIED AND THE ADMISSION WILL BE INVOICED AFTER THE FAIR. It is a one-time admission regardless of the day of the fair. In case of leaving and returning to the fair during the day, it is necessary to ask for a stamp upon leaving. Thursday - Sunday CZK (including VAT) / one-time entry To receive your ticket voucher, it is important to complete order form Ticket Voucher at till January 31st, POWER SUPPLY, WATER AND DRAIN, INTERNET All exhibitors are obliged to order an electrical main. The minimum output is 2,2kW. Electricity will be connected on Thursday, February 15th, 2018 switched before the opening of the fair. Temporary 2,2kW power is designed for assembly and disassembly work. For appliances such as a refrigerator, it is necessary to order a special 24-hour connection. Adapters are not available. If electrical wiring appears to have been installed contrary to the regulations, your stand will not be connected. Connection will occur only after the defects are corrected. If you overload the requested connection capacity on your stand, the electricity to your stand will be switched off. To order these services, it is important to complete order form Power supply, Internet, Water and Drain at till January 15th, HOSTESSES (WITH KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH, GERMAN, FRENCH, ITALIAN) The minimum period is 4 hours. Hostess services are available for full-day sessions only. Each started hour will be invoiced as a whole, ie. EUR 10 (excl. VAT). To order this service please complete order form Hostesses at till January 15th, CONTRACTOR DETAILS If you are preparing your exposition independently, you are obliged to complete form Contractor Details at till January 15th, Don t forget to order assembly badges for your contractors. Please make sure that your contractor is insured against liability for damage caused by their activities.

8 5.17 GALA RECEPTION The Gala Reception will be held on the February 15th, Exhibitors are allocated the invitations as follows: 1 invitation per main exhibitor or registered co-exhibitor included in price Additional invitations: 1 additional invitation per stand 30 sqm included in price 49,5 sqm 2 additional invitations per stand 50 sqm included in price 99,5 sqm 3 additional invitations per stand over 100 sqm included in price 1 additional invitation for exhibitors with a stand custom built by INCHEBA EXPO PRAHA. All invitations ordered over free limit will be invoiced EUR 35/pc (excl. VAT). The number of extra invitations is limited. To receive your Invitations, it is important to complete order form Gala reception at till January 15th, The invitations are valid in favor of concrete person according to filled form and will be prepared and available in the Registration office CO-EXHIBITOR PARTICIPATING The main exhibitors apply for their exposition co-exhibitors by this form. Without this step the co-exhibitors can t be publish in catalogue not even in orientation system. All co-exhibitor registration fees 310 EUR (excl. VAT) per one co-exhibitor will be invoiced to main exhibitor. Please complete order form Co-exhibitor participating at till January 15th, COMPETITIONS FOR EXHIBITORS INCHEBA EXPO PRAHA organizes a competition for exhibitors at Holiday World The best stand up to 60 square meters The best stand over 60 square meters The best promotional material The best catalogue Promotional material will be classified as a material that deals with particular destinations or regions without price listings. Submitted brochures and catalogues and all the stands themselves will be judged by professionals from media and advertising companies. The winning prize in each category will be 10 square meters of exhibition space at Holiday World To apply for the competition, please complete order form Competitions for exhibitors till January 20th, OPERATIONAL SAFETY RULES, INFORMATION ON THE INTERACTION OF RISKS Every exhibitor is obligated to make himself, its co-exhibitors and its constructor acquainted with operational safety rules and Information on the Interaction of Risks and confirm it through uploading of two filled forms to the online catalogue of services at or sending by mail or you can take it to the registration office. The documents must be signed by representatives of exhibitors and of contractors. 6. STAND S PROJECT APPROVAL Project approval is obligatory for all exhibitors with own stand or own contractor. The exhibitor whose exposition construction is not performed by INCHEBA EXPO PRAHA are obliged to send for approval to the trade fair organizer a design with dimensions of the

9 exposition (ground plan, view and cross-section, technical supplies). For two storeyed structures, the project documentation must include a static assessment. For all structures that exceed the height of 3 m even in just one of its parts it is necessary to present a list of materials used. Each submitted design must also include a declaration that only materials that are in compliance with Operational Safety Rules sec. 27, were used in the construction, 7. WASTE DISPOSAL Regarding the assembly and disassembly, we would like to inform the exhibitors whose stands are not assembled by INCHEBA EXPO PRAHA, spol. s r.o., that their assembling companies must remove construction waste and bulky packaging material themselves. Regrettably, it is no longer possible to tolerate situations when assembly companies fill containers designated for regular waste with high-volume construction waste and packaging material. If you want us to arrange for a container for you, please call us at holidayworld@holidayworld.cz. 8. FORWARDING AND HANDLING SERVICES Forwarding and handling services for exhibitors are provided by a company located within the Exhibition Grounds. Storing empty packaging and installation material in the area behind the stands is prohibited! 9. PROPERTY PROTECTION Beginning on the day of the start of assembly, until disassembly is completed, the protection of property against theft is provided in the maximum possible extent through the organizing agency and a security agency. During the fair, security checks will be performed by patrols, after the premises are closed daily after 7 PM, respectively after 8 PM (during assembly); afterwards, all entrance areas to the exhibition halls will be sealed. A camera system is also, of course, installed in the halls. In spite of these measures, however, we cannot assume liability as the organizer - we are not liable for damage caused by a third party during the fair and during assembly and disassembly. We would like to draw the exhibitors attention to Article XII and Article XIII of the Participation Terms and Conditions, and we recommend respecting the obligation to take out an insurance policy (see Point 13) in order to increase security (for this purpose), or to request separate security services for your stand during day or night shift, or during both shifts. Should you be interested in ordering individual security services, please contact us. We also recommend exhibitors to only leave their stands before the end of the opening hours for exhibitors (and not immediately after the opening hours for visitors end). 10. INSURANCE 1. Exhibitors participate in the fair at their own risk. The exhibitor will not hold the organizer liable for any third party claims concerning the compensation of damage incurred as a result of the exhibitor s participation in the fair.

10 2. The organizer is not liable to the exhibitor, co-exhibitor or assembly companies for the loss, destruction or any damage of exhibits, stand equipment and furnishing, packaging and packing material, regardless of whether the destruction or other damage occurs before, during or after the fair. 3. The organizer requires the exhibitors and assembly companies to take out insurance at their own expense to cover liability for damage caused by their own activities in the scope according to the following table: exhibitors installing their stands by themselves - CZK 1 million; assembly companies installing stands of up to 30 sq.m - CZK 1 million; assembly companies installing stands of up to 50 sq.m - CZK 2 million; assembly companies installing stands of up to 100 sq.m - CZK 3 million; assembly companies installing stands of up to 200 sq.m - CZK 4 million; assembly companies installing stands of up to 300 sq.m - CZK 5 million; assembly companies installing stands of up to 400 sq.m - CZK 6 million; assembly companies installing stands of up to 500 sq.m - CZK 7 million; assembly companies installing stands of up to 600 sq.m - CZK 8 million; assembly companies installing stands of up to 700 sq.m - CZK 9 million; assembly companies installing stands of over 700 sq.m - CZK 10 million. 4. We would like to ask the exhibitors who have taken out an applicable insurance policy to provide information about it in the form at In case the assembly companies have insurance contract, fill in the details of the agreement in the form "Contractor details" at till January 15th, We recommend exhibitors or assembly companies who have not taken out an applicable insurance policy to arrange one with Česká pojišťovna a.s.; a staff member will be present at the Registration Centre on Feb. 14th, 2018, from 8 AM to 6 PM, or she can also come to your stand based on your request. If you are interested in taking out an insurance policy with Česká pojišťovna a.s., please contact the representative of Česká pojišťovna a.s. ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES During the course of HOLIDAY WORLD fair it is possible to take advantage of a number of advertising opportunities on the Exhibition Grounds Prague - Holešovice in order to support your participation and promote your company, stand or new products: placement of a banner on the main gate of the Exhibition Grounds, rental of billboard spaces, advertising spots on the exhibition radio, placement of eye-catchers, banners, information display stands and inflatable promotional items, advertising on the balustrade of the Industrial Palace, distribution of company materials by our or your own hostesses - promoters, etc. Attention two advertising opportunities are unique and each available always for only one exhibitor. We offer attaching your promotional leaflet to each ticket for just CZK 1/unit or placing a large banner on the façade of the Industrial Palace! For additional information about various marketing activities, please contact Mrs. Daniela Vocetková (T , M , E d.vocetkova@incheba.cz), who will also be happy to help you choose an appropriate advertising opportunity with regard to your target group and your requirements. All advertising and promotion within the Exhibition Grounds is subject to the lessor s approval and fees! 12. VALUE ADDED TAX (FOR INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITORS) International exhibitors can apply for value added tax (DPH) refund. A completed VAT refund application must be submitted to a tax office, e.g. to the Tax Office for the Capital City Prague, the Territorial Office for Prague 1, Štěpánská 28, Praha 1, T The tax refund procedure can be outsourced with a specialized tax agent. FOOD SERVICES The self-service restaurant Veletržní Restaurant located on the balcony of the Central Hall of the Industrial Palace with a seating capacity of 150 people offers a wide range of ready-to-eat meals. In addition, a café ( fast-food stands and vending machines ( will be available in the Foyer of the Industrial Palace (IP). TRANSPORT TO THE EXHIBITION GROUNDS by the underground to Nádraží Holešovice station (Line C Red) and then one stop by trams No. 6, 12 or 17 (get off at the Výstaviště Holešovice stop); from the centre of Prague by the tram No. 6 (get off at the Výstaviště Holešovice stop); by car on the highway from the direction Brno, keep going straight (in the direction Holešovice) and you will arrive directly at the Exhibition Grounds Prague Holešovice; you can park within the Exhibition Grounds the entrance to the Grounds is shown on the map - No. 3 Important notice when entering and leaving the Exhibition Grounds by car: When entering the Exhibition Grounds via the U Výstaviště street, we would like to point out, that there is a no right turn sign at the junction at the Tipsport Arena (HC Sparta).
