Therefore the areq' o.,f 3 JVos. school sites uill be included as the TOOo/" saleable area while reaising the cq.lculatlon uhich utas earlier taken as 5O% saleable. The committee directs that the area under college (11.49 acres), electrical substation (1.25 acres) sho'll be charged in proportion to the area. of each respectiue sector in respect of Sector-27, 28, 42 & 43.' The Hon'ble Punjab & Haryana High Court vide order dated 05.I2.20L4 in respect of COCP No. IO73 of 2Ol4 has passed the order that HUDA will supply calculations to the petitioner within a period two weeks from the issue of order.
