The sessions will move the audience progressively through the description of the problems, the explanation of the challenges, and finally some guidance on finding the solutions through EBT. In this presentation the speaker will use real life examples from recent incident reports and operational conditions to highlight the nature of the challenges with regards to writing new SOPs, and revising training methods and priorities.
