2 Time limit in which a ticket must be issued There are currently 3 Ticketing Time Limit (TTL) Rules: Regular TTL Restrictive TTL TTL TTL will vary based on fare booked, booking date & train departure date Does not apply to Direct Connects or Mosaique Effective Jan 4 th, new rules for Regular TTL will apply

5 RECAP TTL indicates date/time when a confirmed product will be cancelled from Resarail In order to secure space and price, the product must be printed prior to TTL Exception: TOD/PAH ticketing for Restricted must be printed within 30 minutes otherwise an error may occur at ticketing TTL time is based on the local train departure time calculated to EST Example: A Book Early fare is confirmed at noon on April 1 for travel on April 10 (9 days away) for a train departing at 2pm CET. According to the previous chart, the TTL = Booking Date + 2 days. Therefore the TTL will display as 4/3/14 08:00 EST. Booking date of April days and 2PM CET converted to EST is 08:00.

6 RECAP TTL time in Euronet does not indicate AM/PM A change to a 24h clock has been requested for a future release Product cannot be saved in shopping cart online if TTL is less than 24 hours, based on current web logic Euronet booking deletion Current Euronet logic for Booking Time Limit (BTL) is 2 days prior to Departure Date to Europe or 60 days from booking creation, whichever comes first. Booking expiration date is not taken into account As booking expiration date is based on the shortest TTL, there will be cases where bookings are still on Hold even if products have cancelled due to an expired TTL
