3 B.1 List of Preparers This appendix provides the names and qualifications of the principal persons contributing information to this Assessment (EA) as required by Federal Administration (FAA) Order E. In compliance with Section of Council on Quality (CEQ) regulations, the FAA employed the efforts of an interdisciplinary team of scientists, technicians, and experts in various fields to prepare this EA. Specialists included FAA and contractor support staff with expertise in air traffic control, airspace planning, noise assessment and abatement, Department of Transportation Act, Section 4(f) resources, and other disciplines. While an interdisciplinary approach was used to develop the EA, all decisions made with regard to the EA scope and content were made by the FAA. Table B-1 identifies the FAA staff responsible for reviewing the EA document and Table B-2 identifies the support contractor staff who prepared the document.
