The theoretical material is combined with the consideration of practical cases related to issues of administrative responsibility for violation of the use of air space. «Terminal handling of cargo (mail) in air transport» Code: PPK-22 Learning objectives: The purpose of training is to increase the level of professional knowledge in the field of terminal handling of cargo (mail) in air transport, including the organization of documents, the order of movement of goods and information, settlement system. The course details the structure and organization of the cargo complex, its technological and technical resources, the organization of work with claims and tracing cargo, as well as issues of security and procedure for interaction with public authorities. «Handling of passengers with reduced mobility (PRM) at airport and on board of the aircraft» Code: PPK-1 Learning objectives: Increasing the level of professional knowledge in the field of ground and onboard maintenance of passengers with disabilities at airports and on aircraft.

Attention is paid to the comparative air law of the European Union and the United States, air law of the Russian Federation and the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States. The course is taught in English. «Development of the commercial strategy and organization of air commercial at the airport» Code: PPK-8 Learning objectives: Increasing the level of professional knowledge in the field of airport commercial activities, aviation marketing, development and optimization of the route network (including the introduction of practical examples of the development model of "transfer hub"), maximizing of aviation revenue of airports. «System of cargo termital management» Code: PPK-30 Learning objectives: Increasing professional knowledge in the area of cargo terminal management, technological support and quality systems in handling and maintenance of airlines.

The course examines in detail the requirements for cargo agents and cargo, the organization of work with claims. «Safety management system of aviation activities» Code: PPK-5 Learning objectives: Increasing the level of professional skills in the field of safety management for the staff of operators', airports, organizations of maintenance and repair services, aviation educational institutions.

14 «SLOT coordination, schedule formation and maintenance rules» Length: 24 hours Price: Rub. Code: PPK-13 Learning objectives: The course provides a detailed study of the international regulatory framework governing the issues of forming a seasonal flight schedule. Students will receive detailed information on how to determine the capacity of the airport and the airport is classified as a level of capacity utilization and workload. Learn what "season of navigation", "slot", "series of slots", "historical slots" in which airports slots applied, what is the difference between ATS slots and airport slot. 18 «International aviation financing and leasing law» Methods: panel discussion, lectures Course language: English Price: Rub. Code: PPK-32 Learning objectives: This Course focuses on special private air law that covers cross-border financing and leasing transactions relating to expensive aircraft, aircraft engines and helicopters which are used for commercial and private purposes in the Russian Federation and other jurisdictions. For example, the price of an aircraft may run up to Euro 220 million and of an engine up to Euro 25 million. The main objective of international aviation finance law is to facilitate the acquisition of these expensive aircraft objects. It creates significant financial benefits to countries at all stages of economic development. The legal regimes will lead to reduced prices of airline tickets and air cargo which benefits passengers and companies. This Course also addresses various international Court cases, including some disputes that have contacts with the Russian Federation. For example, when a debtor defaults under the loan or lease agreement the creditor must be able to repossess and de-register the aircraft immediately. Unfortunately, this is not always possible which creates economic risk. Consequently, the needed aircraft is not leased or financed or at unnecessary high costs.

19 There are two forms of training: classroom and online. CLASSROOM is a training built on direct, personal communication with the teacher and other students who are in the same place at the same time. Final certification is carried out at the end of the training at the training venue. ONLINE is a training that involves self-study of students on over educational material contained in the form of interactive modules that are accessed remotely. Before passing the final certification, this type of training allows students directly, using online technologies, to ask questions to the teacher and get answers to them without leaving their home or office. Final certification is carried out using online technologies. Upon successful completion of advanced training and final certification, students receive an Advanced training certificate.

The regulations governing the establishment and functioning of EASA and the Single European Sky framework are currently under revison with the aim to respond to current challenges civil aviation raises.
