The hotel is prominently situated on the main street in the bustling and historic town of Frodsham, mentioned in the Doomsday Book. The hotel is ideally placed for the business traveller visiting the commercial centres of Runcorn, Widnes, Warrington and Liverpool. For the independent traveller, the hotel is centrally located for touring the countryside of north Cheshire and the cities of Chester, Liverpool and Manchester all which are less than 40 minutes away. For lovers of walking, The Old Hall is placed at the start of a sandstone trail and five miles from Delamere Forest. Other nearby attractions includes Cheshire Oaks Outlet Shopping Village, Chester Zoo, The Blue Planet Aquarium and numerous local golf courses. This is the first time The Old Hall Hotel has been for sale in almost 40 years, having been successfully operated by the family since The business started with humble beginnings as a small guest house, and has been extended and developed throughout its history. The elegant restaurant which is roughly divided into three separate areas offers great flexibility, and has seating for up to 100 covers. LETTING BEDROOMS There are 26 en suite bedrooms (15 double, 2 twin, 7 single and 2 suites) to sleep 45. All bedrooms have central heating radiator, colour TV, radio/clock alarm and tea and coffee making facilities. Some rooms have a trouser press.

However the current owners own a three bedroom, two reception room thatched cottage next door which could be made available by separate negotiation. SERVICE AREAS There is a fully equipped stainless steel commercial kitchen with store room and preparation area. OUTSIDE To the rear there is a landscaped garden with well-manicured lawns, shrubs and border areas and ample room to create an outdoor seating area.
