3 Function and Conference Facilities The iconic Quality Hotel Mildura Grand has earned its enduring reputation for staging impressive and versatile business and social events in its expansive suite of ten individual meeting and function rooms. The Grand Ballroom has the capacity for a plenary of 400 delegates seated theatre-style or 250 dinner guests or it can be divided into 2 separate spaces. The equally imposing Chandelier Room is suitable for displays, exhibitions and welcome functions. The Quality Hotel Mildura Grand has a team of experienced professionals providing hospitality services and personal support to help you plan, manage and conduct your business or social event. Friendly and attentive staff will be on hand throughout to ensure your event is an enjoyable and memorable one. An extensive menu selection can be tailored to suit your conference budget, cultural preferences and dietary requirements and our conference coordinators will assist with special arrangements for audio visual requirements and technical support.
4 The Grand Ballroom With a capacity for 400 persons, a versatile area which can be divided into two separate rooms, it features a large stage area with decorative art deco panels and an accessible central bar. The Chandelier Room The original Quality Hotel Mildura Grand dining room now restored to feature the dazzling crystal chandeliers in an elegant décor seats 100 guests at dinner and is easily transformed into conference space which is equipped with a stage, dance floor and separate bar. Don s Banquet Room Ideal for a private dinner for up to 50 people or a similar size meeting, the adjacent Maria s Room can serve as a breakout room, and the Club Lounge is nearby for pre-dinner drinks or post-event gatherings. Donata s Room A new function room designed for meetings in a modern and private environment, it can seat up to 30 delegates U-shape or class room style. The adjacent covered courtyard is ideal for meal breaks and the Club Lounge is nearby. Maria s Room Quiet and private, this space is popular for examinations, lectures and business briefings with theatre-style setting for up to 30 guests. High ceilings and adjustable lighting enhance the space. Anna s Room Recently renovated, Anna s Room creates the perfect setting for a private dinner of up to 25 guests with a delightful view of the Rose Garden and Orchid Tree Courtyard, the room features a marble fireplace and windows with original frosted etchings. Its location is also ideal for major conference secretariat and registrations. Boardroom Functional and stylish, the Boardroom ensures complete privacy around a large and comfortable boardroom table seating up to 12 persons. The Club Lounge An intimate bar with a relaxed and unimposing mood. Popular with our clientele for use as a private space for celebrations for up 100 guests or a place to unwind for conference delegates with ample seating for up to 30 people. Equipped with an easy access, well stocked bar, the atmosphere of the Club Lounge promotes fun and easy conversation. Rose Garden and Courtyard In Mildura s warm and balmy climate, the tranquil Rose Garden and adjacent leafy courtyard lends itself to a range of business and social events from parties for up to 150 persons, dining alfresco for up to 60 persons to a refreshing break-out session outdoors for conference delegates where they can unwind with a tea and coffee break.
