3 BRAND IDENTITY This manual has been designed and produced to facilitate the task of all those involved in the management of the Ferroli SpA trade mark image. Ferroli Trademark shall never be used in conjunction with other trademarks (es. Lamborghini Calor, Cointra...). The only allowed exception to this rule for the use of trademarks in combination if for the After Sales Network (e.g. after sales vehicles or spare parts when the commercial policy of the company allows it). 5 chapter 1 General technical printing information logo graphic element Description and Construction The Ferroli trade mark is made up of two elements: [ 1 ] graphic element [ 2 ] logo [ 1 ] [ 2 ] Note: the use of the pay-off is no longer allowed in any language. 8 chapter 1 General technical printing information logo graphic element Company Institutional colours The institutional colours for the Ferroli SpA trade mark are black (or white) and pantone 151. To maintain faithful colour reproduction you are advised to choose, whenever possible, printing with an added colour rather than converting to four colour process. 8 - FERROLI BRAND IDENTITY

9 chapter 1 General technical printing information logo graphic element Control area When the trade mark is used without the payoff it should have minimum dimensions of 13 x 6.4 mm 2 and a control area of 21 x 12.3 mm mm 25,6 mm 16 mm 4 mm 6,4 mm 13 mm 4 mm 52 mm [ minimum size ] [ 400% ] 6,4 mm 4 mm 4 mm 16 mm 13 mm 25,6 mm 16 mm 52 mm NB: any further reduction of the size of the trade mark is not allowed. 10 chapter 1 General technical printing information logo graphic element Institutional background colours When the trade mark is printed on orange or red backgrounds the trade mark colours change as below and respect all technical details as indicated up to this point. Other background colours allowed: White, Black, Grey, Orange 151. In case of application of the trademark on other colours, a control area with one of the colours above shall always be used. NB: if the background is in the institutional colour 151 you are advised to use pantone print colours rather than converting the same into four colour process FERROLI BRAND IDENTITY

12 chapter 2 Avoiding conflict regarding colour or positioning logo graphic element Main errors to avoid Translation of graphics and modification of characters The graphic element must not be translated. The graphic element must not be rotated. The trademark cannot be stretched. NB: the elements which make up the Ferroli SpA trade mark cannot be changed. They must not be translated or rotated, compressed or enlarged as a whole and fonts cannot be substituted FERROLI BRAND IDENTITY

13 chapter 2 Avoiding conflict regarding colour or positioning logo graphic element Main errors to avoid Colours NB: there are two colours which make up the Ferroli SpA trade mark and these same colours cannot be interchanged nor undergo variations in pantone nor stop existing side by side whether on a white background or on the permitted background colours as in chapter 1. It must not therefore be invaded by other backgrounds words or images. FERROLI BRAND IDENTITY - 15

36 BRAND IDENTITY chapter 6 > Car identity 37 After Sales Service 38 Customisation with Ferroli trademark on multi-branded vehicles We remind you that whatever additional mark/sentence/payoff to be used on the vehicle SHALL NOT be used near the Ferroli trademark, but can only be used in a clearly separate position. As an example, in Italy it was agreed and allowed to use the sentence TDB-Tecnici del Benessere on the after sales network veichles. The trademark FERROLI shall anyhow appear at least on the two sides (right and left) and on the back of the vehicle, at a minimum height of 80 cm from the ground. The veichle colour approved for this graphism are: BLACK, WHITE, METAL GREY FERROLI BRAND IDENTITY

37 chapter 6 Car Identity After Sales Service Description Example of Ferroli-only after sales service center vehicle: no other trademarks are allowed on the same car when this design is selected. In any case the only colour scheme approved for this layout is with the vehicle main background colour in either WHITE, BLACK or METAL GREY.
