Also offers trips to certain supermarkets on designated days of the week. South East Cambridgeshire Scheme Name: 3CT (3 Counties Transport) Contact Name: Lyn Burgess Council Offices, Lower Downs Slade Haverhill, Suffolk CB9 9HB Contact Number: A community transport brokerage scheme covering villages in South East Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Essex, which look to Haverhill as their centre. The brokerage scheme can offer a diala-ride service to Haverhill using fully accessible vehicles, with escorts if required, a 16 seater community minibus for hire to local groups, and a community car scheme. 3CT now operate a Shopmobility (scooter hire) scheme in Haverhill please call or lyn.burgess@suffolk.gov.uk for further details. 3

Also offers wheelchair accessible transport using their MPV vehicle, plus a 9 and a 16 seater minibus for groups or clubs. Offers trips to Linton Health Centre, Dentist, Vet, Addenbrookes Hospital, and other social journeys. Also offers a daily prescription delivery and collection service between Balsham Post Office and Linton Health Centre. Provides journeys for medical appointments, i.e. surgeries, hospitals, dentists, chiropodist, as well as shopping or visiting friends or relatives, hospital or hospice visits, hair dressers, or any essential journey that could not be made by any other means Minibus Hire Histon & Impington Scheme Name: Histon & Impington Community Minibus Contact Number: This group operates a community minibus locally and is keen to promote its use. The minibus is available for group and private hire journeys. The minibus is fully wheelchair accessible. Milton Scheme Name: Milton Scout Group Minibus Contact Number: This Group owns a 15 seat (including driver) minibus for use by community groups, clubs and non profit organisations for social purposes. minibus@50thcambridgescouts.org or see for further details. 11
12 Haverhill and area Scheme Name: Contact Number: Haverhill Community Transport Group c/o 3CT (3 Counties Transport) This group owns a minibus for use by community groups, clubs and non-profit organisations for social purposes. The vehicle seating can also be modified to carry up to 5 wheelchairs. In addition, Cambridge Dial-a-Ride, 3CT and Royston & District Community Transport have wheelchair accessible minibuses up to 16 seats. Community groups and clubs, plus not-for-profit organisations, can hire these vehicles with a driver supplied. Please see the separate entries listed above for contact details.
