The name and address of each pa rty entitled to notice of this Application is as shown on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a pa rt hereof. 2. ALLEGATION OF FACTS : (A) That heretofore, by Order No dated September 30, 1963 but made effective on or after October 1, 1963 for the Chester common source of supply and Order No dated March 20, 1959 for the Morrow Sand common source of supply, this Commission designated the land described in Paragraph 4 hereof as a single drilling and spacing unit for production of hydrocarbons from the common sources of sup Iy also described in Paragraph 4 hereof, and designated the unit well to be located not less than Pfeet from the unit boundary. That such pattern anddensity are not adequate when taking into consideration the changed conditions which now prevail as compared to conditions as known when such well pattern and densitywere first ordered. That it is now necessary to drill an additional well on said unit to effectuate the maximum recovery of hydrocarbons from said common sources of supply. That to prevent waste and protect the correlative rights of the parties in the reservoir, the Applicant should be allowed to drill an additional well on said unit. (B) There are two existing wells on the unit, the Charley No. 1 and Stinson No. 1, which are completed in and producing from the Chester and Morrow Sand common sources of supply. (C) That the additional well requested by Applicant is necessa ry to effectively and efficiently drain a po rtion of the common sources of supply (rese rvoir) covered by the drilling and spacing unit established by the order which cannot be e ffectively and efficiently drained by any existing well within said drilling and spacing unit. 3. LEGAL AUTHORITY : Title 52, Section 87. 1, O. S. 4. RELIEF SOUGHT : Applicant requests that the Commission enter an order amending Order Nos and to authorize the drilling of an additional well to test the Chester and Morrow Sand common sources of supply underlying Section 9, Township 27 North, Range 25 West, Harper County, Oklahoma, same to be a well for the unit consisting of said Section 9, a 640-acre unit, and that the Applicant or some other party be authorized the right to drill said well.
