1 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS INSURANCE APPRAISAL SERVICES Solicitation No.: R PC Addendum I January 15, 2016 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS 1. Can you provide a current listing of properties to be appraised? The listing of properties to be appraised is attached. The number of properties to be appraised per year will be dependent on the fees proposed by the selected consultant. The listing also contains Previously Appraised Properties that will not be re-appraised during this contract. 2. Can you provide us with the design capacity of each water and wastewater plant to be appraised? This information will be provided to the selected consultant, based on the properties assigned for appraisal. If design capacity is needed for establishing a compensation rate, the respondents may submit a compensation range per Million Gallons per Day (MGD). Ranges received will be evaluated using the high end of the range submitted. 3. Was the appraisal completed in 2014 and, if so, is the prior winning bidder participating in this RFP? Not all properties were appraised in the previous contract period and the prior appraisal firm is not precluded from competing on this RFP. The listing of Interested Firms that have downloaded the RFP as January 15, 2016 is attached. Page 1 of 2

2 4. Who was the prior winning bidder? The prior consultant for appraisal services was American Appraisal Associates, Inc. 5. Would prior appraisals be made available to the winning bidder?
