1 PARKING LOT VENDING TENANT INFORMATION: If you are interested in being a Parking Lot vendor, there are a few minimum requirements including (but not limited to): Tenant must sign a minimum of a six month license agreement Tenant must provide photos and dimensions of the trailer/tent/shed intended for business use Tenant must show proof of liability insurance with combined bodily injury and property damage limits of not less than $1,000,000 Tenant must provide copies of all permits necessary to operate Rent is between $700 and $900 per month based on store location. Tenant must pay a Security Deposit equal to one month s rent Tenant will adhere to the H-E-B Standards of Conduct.
