London Are there any dates I can t use my Pass or any other restrictions? Premium Merlin Annual Passes don t have any restriction dates (other than attraction opening calendars and capacity restrictions of course!) The Premium Merlin Annual Pass includes: Free standard parking, subject to availability. No restriction dates (however entry cannot be guaranteed in the event of the attraction reaching capacity). The Standard Merlin Annual Pass is subject to restrictions and certain additional fees including, but not limited to Halloween events, no entry into London Attractions during the month of August and during UK Bank holidays. The Merlin Annual Pass is not valid for entry to our secondary attractions including but not limited to Alton Towers Waterpark, Extraordinary Golf, Spa, Tree Top Quest and Go Ape at Chessington. Your 12 months entry starts from the date you collect the Pass from your chosen attraction. How do I get my Pass? When purchasing the Pass you will be asked to choose an attraction to collect your Pass. All Passholders need to be present when collecting your Passes as photographs and personal details are required. When do I pay for my Passes? You pay for the Passes over the telephone when you make the order, payment can be made by Debit or Credit card (American Express and Visa Electron are not accepted). What is a family Merlin Annual Pass? A family Merlin Annual Pass can contain either 3, 4 or 5 people. Of those included on a family Pass, a maximum of three may be aged 12 years or older.
