12 GLSHC to develop a formal structure and plan for sustainability GLSHC to continue advocacy for one lump funding appropriations for Corps use throughout Great Lakes harbors GLSHC will continue pushing for adequate funding in President s budget and firewalling the HMTF for its intended purpose
