1 FAST ACT (Fixing America s Surface Transportation Act), the federal transportation bill approved December 3rd, 2015, requires all metropolitan planning organizations (MPO), state transportation departments, and public transportation operators to cooperate in preparing a report of federal funds obligated during the immediately preceding year. The WFRC staff, with the help of UDOT and UTA, has prepared a report of obligated federal, and local and state match funding during federal fiscal year 2017 (October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2017).
